The home is small, but very comfortable. You have everything that you need. Everything was clean and prepared for arriving. There's not a big playground for children and a football field. Parking is near the home, but barriers work up to 10 pm. If you arrive later, you need to park outside the complex.

It is my second time to visit Rob for ski opening. He is a little bit far from Hermagor but there is nothing to do in the village so that is irrelevant. Absolutely no sound or light pollution at night. Sauna is great. Some might find lack of ski rack annoying. He has boot warmer although I used mine warmers

Owner was exceptional but very little English. Accomodations was excellent as was food.

The view to the lake, the pool and the sauna house were beyond expectations. Staff is nice and the hotel is very clean and modern. Absolutely kids friendly. The room and especially the bathroom was spacious.
