Beach rentals in Balchik

The location was prime, in the middle of the Promenade and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped. The view was amazing.

The location it is amazing and you have the beach in front of the building. It is very clean, comfortable and in the apartment you have all that you need for your stay. Roumiana ( the host ) it is very kind and helpful and she’s trying always her best to make your stay unforgettable.

The apartment was conveniently located in the heart of the town making it easy to get around. There is paid parking right across (20 leva for 24H) if you have a car. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were very nice and always helpful.

Perfect location on 1 min walking distance from the coast alley and wonderful sea view from 2 of the rooms. The rooms were comfortable, with new furniture and all the needed utensils in the kitchen. We had all needed supplies. The host was very helpful and nice and made everything to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We would choose this place again in the future by visiting the city.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Eli’s Guest House from June 29th to July 3rd — and we loved it so much that we extended our trip with two more nights. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking view and the peaceful vibe of the entire place. We had a huge private terrace all to ourselves where we could just sit for hours, soaking in the beauty and the calm. The pool was crystal clear, with the same amazing view over the sea and hills — such a treat. Inside, everything worked perfectly — strong A/C, good water pressure in the shower, TV, all the essentials — but the real magic was in the atmosphere. What truly made our stay unforgettable was Stephan, our host. He was incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond — even driving us to the bank and downtown to show us where to park, and offering great tips about local attractions. You don’t get that kind of care everywhere, and we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The quietness, the vibe, and that soul-nourishing view made this one of the most memorable trips we’ve had. We came as guests and left feeling like we found a sanctuary. We highly, highly recommend Eli’s Guest House to anyone visiting Balchik. For the price, the value is unbeatable. Spacious place with stunning sea view, perfect location, fully furnished and thoughtfully accessorized, very clean, with parking place, in a gated community. Excellent choice for vacation!

The position is very good, nice and big balcony, the kitchen had an esspressor and esspresso capsules. We found a small Prosecco bottle & a bottle of water, a nice surprise. Confortable beds.

The apartment is very clean, facing an infinity pool and with views of sea and hills. The terrase is spacious and you can enjoy a meal or a drink in a nice atmosphere. In September it is very quiet, even if the apartment is located in a large building.
