Location, cleanliness and stuff really helpful

Breakfast was nice. Great location. 24 hr security. Easy access to the beach.

It is a low-cost hotel, very simple, which was ok since it was only one night - waking up 4 am for taking the flight.

Near to beach and lots of restaurants

The staff was amazing. I came at 3 am and there was someone their to greet me. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable and the dorms were overall really nice and clean. It is also located really close to restaurants and the beach. The terrace is also beautiful.

I had a very good experience to find a last-minute place for overstay while I was in Natal. It was comfortable for me this area, very clean, easy to find and the owners met me at the door even if it was quite late. I do appreciate their warm care, helping me with applications to order food. And I would come back for a longer stay. Recommend for those who are on a business trip, for couples on vacation.

I have stated at Residence Vespucci several times, normally in different units. I like the building itself, the location, the staff, and the breakfast.

If you are going to Ponta Negra Beach this is an ideal spot as you can walk down to the beach in just a couple of minutes. Nice 2 bedroom apt with 2 bathrooms and a nice veranda with a good view down to the coastline.

Bed was kind of uncomfortable- couldn’t sleep very well. New mattress and more pillows should do the trick
