Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Restaurant is on the ground floor, very convenient (and it was open during New Year's eve). Good location. Friendly staff. And real pizza oven.

The apartment owner exudes warmth and hospitality, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable by providing valuable assistance and a friendly welcome, even his wife bake a cake for us! I would highly recommend this stay and I would love to come again.

This new propriety is located in Frymburk, a small quiet touristic town at the Lipno Lake. There are three vacation houses adjacent to each other with a lovely shared pool at one end (size approx. 3,5 x 7 meter). This is clearly a vacation home instead of an apartment (which the name suggests) and has an excellent build quality, furnishing, room-specific cooling and heating settings. Two great bathrooms and separate storage for your bikes and other sports equipment.

We had a very good time! Location, view, hosts- it was all very good. Clean and cozy. Good breakfast. Very recomand.

Great place to stay. Friendly host, great location, well equipped room. Not much of a kitchen although it was marked as such, but appropriate to make a breakfast or heat up some food. The price is fair. The room saw better times but it was clean and comfortable.The proximity of a store and a very good restaurant are a big plus. Overall, we recommend it, especially to people who want to stay around Lipno and not break the bank. We were very happy with our choice.

Dont get surprised or distracted by the entry hall - once you are upstairs, its all good :-) The room was nice and clean, new furniture, nice bathroom. The kitchen is in the common area, with separate fidges for each room. The village is nice, there is a supermarket just aoutside, and a coffeeshop down the main square.

Nice and well equipped apartment. There is everything you need to comfortably stay with a whole family even for prolonged periods.
