Everything was clean and the room was a nice size. The area around the rooms was lovely and it was relatively close to the beach and town. It was quiet, comfortable, and the atmosphere was lovely. Checkout was easy (putting the keys in the box) as well as parking.

Backyard 15min walk from beach

Amazing gem!! Found at the last minute with excellent value and staff. Across the street it’s a pathway to paradise!! Walking to the right you get to the beautiful downtown in 7 - 10 minutes, with the beautiful sea view on your left and all the restaurants, shopping and entertainment. If you walk to the left you get to the most beautiful rural pathway, right at the edge of the mountain and you can walk all the way to the port - another beautiful experience!! So this property is in the best location possible! Very secure parking and the staff is amazing!

The room was so clean, had a great AC, and honestly we will be staying here again when we come to visit family in Spain. Such a good quality hotel for the price and location.

Stayed in the penthouse with amazing views. The apartment was clean and nice and had everything essential for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed waking up with the sunrise and seeing it straight from the bed (an advantage of the off-season period).

Excellent Views Close to Town. Great pool and warm and sunny all day. Great value accom. Very quiet at Night. We really enjoyed our time.

Very pleasant off season apartment rental. Building was quiet and apartment was clean and comfortable. Good view of Penon de Ifach, an impressive local feature and icon of Calpe. Short walk to good restaurants on the seafront. Parking was worth paying for.

The location and view for that price is unbeatable

Location was really great to see the grand view of the moon shimmering off the ocean. Ideal place to start a morning walk down the beach promenade. The owner Carmen and building Concierge Mariana were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was good. Clean & the owners are helpful. Location is great, supermarket was just across the street - view from the balcony was awsome.

The views were stunning, the lady on reception could not have been more helpful. The tennis courts looked great and the pool also but we did not use them. The whole place was lovely to look at and has so much potential but needs some refurbishments.
