Comfortable and clean apartment with lovely hosts. Quiet and had all the necessities needed, including sufficient place for parking. Location perfect. The welcome was warm, and they even surprised us with homemade cake. Definitely will expect our return.

The property was in the heart of the city, close to everything even the beach. We walked to the beach and back every day.

Small hotel, brand new, clean and very comfortable in the heart of Afitos. We very much enjoyed our short stay here. The location is perfect to easily reach the beach or the centre. The food was absolutely delicious, both the breakfast and the one from menu, even better than we found at tavernas. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Alexandra and Makis who go above and beyond to help you with anything you might need. They are very kind, warm and really make you feel like home. We would love to visit IADES again!

The host was very kind and helpful. Rooms are new and clean. The beaches are 5-6 minutes walk. The garden with olive trees was very calming. Overall 10/10 experience. I can't wait to get back at this beautiful place.

Nice and cosy apartment. Clean and spacious with marvellous terrace. Close to the city centre. We enjoyed it!

First of all, the staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and hospitable. The apartment was very clean, and the cleaning lady did a fantastic job throughout our stay. All the necessary facilities were provided, as well as some extra items for the beach, which were a real lifesaver. The staff was always helpful, keeping us informed about any changes and providing useful information whenever needed. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you so much!

We loved the view and the terrace, it was clean and comfortable, the location is great a minute to the beach and 5-6 min., to the city square. It has private parking, it's quiet, there are no little children - no screaming, no disturbing noises. The rooms have everything you need and nice air-conditioning ✨️ 👌 We will be back soon. And special thanks to the staff, they are great!!! 👍

Very comfortable room with everything needed!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance of both the sea and restaurants and cafes. The owner of the place is very attentive and hospitable.

We always have a great time at Aegean Blue. It’s close to Afytos by walking (about 5mins) AND can walk (about 10mins) or drive down to Liosi Beach. Sofia and Georgios are great hosts alongside all the staff. It’s great to have a pool overlooking the sea (with perfect sunrises) and amazing views all round :)

The Host is more than exceptional, he cares for the calm and exotic environment of the property. It is brilliantly clean .

The house was perfect for family, the residential site has 2 pools which was also a nice alternative.

If you're looking for a peaceful adults-only resort, this is the place. The tranquil atmosphere, excellent service, and elegant rooms made our vacation unforgettable. The hotel also provides easy access to a gorgeous beach.

The most clean apartment ever, they are cleaning the room everyday. I haven’t seen anything like this. Definitely will come again.

The proferty has a nice location very close to main road so you can visit other places and super close to the Afytos city center which you can walk to.

Very clean, perfectly located, close to some of the best beaches in Chalkidiki, and the people operating it are just lovely! I do recommend it wholeheartedly!
