Beach rentals in Aliki

We loved everything! The location was perfect. A 60 second walk to the beach. The accommodation was Beautiful! Felt like such a Greek experience. The breakfast every morning with the friendly staff was amazing. The Manager was so incredibly friendly and helpful with tips and recommendations. We felt like family by the time we left.

George and everyone at Holiday In Paros was very helpful. He helped us to find transportation from the port to the hotel and to rent a car. He also help us find activities to do during our stay and was available 24/7.

Helen's apartments are great, everything you need you will find in here. It is cozy, enough space and it is very clean. The lady was coming everyday to pick up a garbage and to clean the apartment after few days or if you asking for it. Aliki is also great place to stay where you will find everything you need and nicr beaches are close. The host also has a restaurant with great food and you will have 10% discount if you are guest at their apartments.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Maria was the best host ever; kind, friendly, extremely helpful and a genuinely caring person. We loved her so much. She never made us feel like we were asking too many questions and she helped us rent a car, gave us great tips on where to go as well as transportation to the port. The property is so beautiful and we never wanted to leave; it’s nearby to many restaurants and bars. 8 minute walk to the beach and a supermarket. Also a plus, there are many adorable cats residing there that kept us company and were an absolute delight. Definitely coming back there in my next stay at Paros.

The space ❤️. On arrival George took us to the top studio and after being in hotels for the previous week it was perfect. Only a short walk to the beach and taverns and ideal location for getting around the island. It's made us both realize studios are the way forward 😁. Having the seating area outside was great too. George was a great host and easy to deal with.. if you want a good base , space and a good local resort, then book here.

Beautiful family-owned establishment maintained with love and care. Clean rooms, good advice and a pretty garden in which you can idle for days. Also walking distance from some great beaches.

Eva and George were amazing hosts. They gave us also a map and showed us what to see, Eva treated us with a cake. The appartment was also amazing and cleaned every day. We loved it and we will come back for sure. 😊

What can we say about Studio Manolis except that it was one of the best places we've ever stayed in. We've traveled around, and it's rare that we gush over an accommodation in a review. First of all, the hosts are super friendly, welcoming and generous. Upon arrival, Manolis was waiting for us by a nearby pharmacy to show us the way to their private parking in the back. He helped us with our bags, had a tray of juice and tasty local sweets waiting for us, and had stocked the fridge with a lot of goodies, and even brought us more goodies halfway through our stay. Housekeeping was done on a daily basis, towels refreshed as well. He allowed us extra access so the kids were comfortable, as well as access to the front porch while it was still available. At the end, he even brought a farewell gift. Such an amazing host! It felt like we were staying with family. The apartments itself was comfortable and very clean, with everything we needed for a relaxed stay. There is a shared washing machine outside between the studios, which is very convenient. The studios are located right above a supermarket and directly on Aliki's main street with many fantastic restaurants and cafes, and just a 2 minute walk to Aliki beach, which was also clean and comfortable. We loved our stay in Paros so much, and mostly because of the treatment by the amazing host. If you're looking for a place to stay in Aliki, this is it. We will definitely come back again. Very well maintained and clean, you can tell that the owner cares about the property and offering wonderful hospitality. The owner was also very accommodating regarding our last minute request for early check in. Everything you need for a short or long stay is available. The cleaning staff are exceptional.

Firstly, Katerina! Such a joyful, warm person! Then the house: modern yet homely, with everything you need… beautiful views, garden, grill area, and infinity pool. Being just outside of charming Aliki, it’s a quick easy drive anywhere. Book your stay - the home & Katerina are gorgeous!

Absolutely fantastic stay with a family of 5 (children 13,11,8) + 2 grandparents. All the required facilities are included (full kitchen and washing machine). The pool, ping pong table and dart board kept everybody entertained amongst trips to the beach and town, both only a very short walk away, and lots of great restaurant options. We all loved it.

Staying at Katiana’s House was really amazing! The space was very clean and comfortable, we had easy parking for our car. The town was a few minutes away by foot, and close to drive to main towns. She was such an amazing host, very sweet and attentive. I would definitely stay again!

Not sure where to begin on how incredible our stay was. It was as if we had walked into a home away from home. Every single detail was thought of, from the kitchen appliances/cooking supplies to extremely king and communicative hosts. We were treated like family and could not recommend Exohiko more!!! Love love love!

I can't say enough about how great Villa Theros is! Immaculately clean and up to date. Comfortable beds, couches and pillows. Bathrooms are very nice. Every room has air conditioning. Kitchen is fully equipped (even with sharp kitchen knives!) And Michalis is a truly superb host. Any question we had, he'd get back to us right away. He even made dinner reservations for us before we arrived on the island. Of the many villas and apartments and houses we've stayed in over the years, traveling throughout the world, this is one of the very best. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. This was our second visit to Alyki and we rented a car this time which made it quite easy to zip over to the bakery and the bigger supermarket in town. But most nights we'd just walk to the waterfront for dinner at one of the several excellent restaurants.
