The villa is excellent: beautiful, very clean, fully equipped. The backyard is lovely, with beautiful flowers, our children loved spending time there. The view from the top floor balcony is terrific, to enjoy in the evenings over a glass of wine. The location is excellent, close to the beautiful beaches of Damouchari and Fakistra, and serves as a convenient base for day trips in east Pelion. The host is very nice, attentive and extremely responsive. I want to say that she catered to our every need, but I can't, because the villa literally had everything we could ever need, including an umbrella for when it rained, and a beach umbrella with a beach mat for when it was sunny, so she didn't have to do anything, except answer our questions about recommended restaurants, or how to turn the heating on, which she did, promptly.

The host was exceptional. The location is great. It is only 8 minutes by car from Ayios Ioannis and Papa Nero beach. You have an amazing view on the Aegean and a great garden to rest and enjoy your time. The area is very quiet. The house is a real family vacation house, with all the household appliances, very nicely decorated and good not only for a summer visit, but also for a winter visit. There are also available a lot of board-games that my children really enjoyed.

Beautifully designed and very well kept! Clean, and at a great location. Vassilis was very helpful with advice and other requests. Our kids loved it as well, didn't want to leave for the beach ;-)

The house was very well decorated, it had a great view and nice pool. It was clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. The location was good. We asked for more blankets and they were delivered immediately.

Wonderful accommodation! Everything was perfect – the apartment was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, just a few steps from the beach. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they made us feel right at home. The location is excellent – peaceful and ideal for a real vacation. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again!
