The room was very clean. The host was so kind and welcoming. There was a breakfast gift which was very good. Super nice place in Perea.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the view was amazing and the owner was very nice and helpful. Truly the best accomodation one could ask for, and even at a very convenient price.

We had a wonderful stay at Atlantis! The apartment had a beautiful sea view, a great location, and was incredibly clean and cozy. The host was very helpful and even left some food in the fridge, which was very appreciated. We enjoyed an amazing breakfast at the restaurant just below, Abuelos — the people there were extremely kind and welcoming. There are also some fantastic fish restaurants nearby, which made our stay even better. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be back! Highly recommended.

Exceptional experience!! The apartment is brand new, modern and sparkling clean. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Peaceful and quiet location, with spacious balconies with wonderful views. On top of that, the hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. Huge recommendation - we are definitely coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Aktis Sea View Studios. The apartment was spotless, modern, with excellent air conditioning and very well sound-insulated – a true comfort after a day at the beach. The owners are extremely kind and attentive, and the free parking is a big plus. The location couldn’t be better – right in front of the beach, with plenty of chiringuitos offering fresh and delicious food, beach terraces set directly on the sand, and music that brings the real Greek holiday atmosphere to life. We were more than satisfied and would happily come back – highly recommended!

We liked the seaside view and cleanliness of the place. We enjoyed the spacious balcony for relaxing. It was close enough to Thesseloniki by car, although we missed out on the shuttle boat to Thesseloniki (closed for winter season). Car parking was tight in Thesseloniki, but fortunately we had great free parking at the port on the Sunday. However, parking on the Monday took awhile. Car parking was not a problem on the streets around the hotel.

A beautiful aparthotel right in the center of Perea, 20 meters from the sea, equipped with everything you need. Our apartment was even more beautiful than the pictures: large rooms, two bedrooms with bathrooms, three air conditioners and three TVs, a long balcony and mosquito nets. The apartment had everything that was listed in the description on Booking.com and even more: coffee, tea, chocolate eggs and cakes, even painted eggs since it was Easter. There is a grocery store under the apartments that works almost 24 hours, across the street there are two more stores that work 24/7. Great place, big thanks to the landlady who was always available and answered questions instantly. We will go again on our first free weekend!

Everything was perfect. The apartment is perfectly clean and looks the same as in the pictures. It is in a good location, has a parking lot, and a spacious terrace.Good Wi-Fi. Elevator in the building. The owner of the apartment is extremely friendly and kind. Communication with her was perfect.

We got all information for check-in before and just followed the instructions in detail. The apartment is close to the airport which was our main focus, but it is also close to many restaurants and beach which was added bonus.

Everything was wonderful and especially the landlord Dimitrios, who was very helpful, friendly and responsible. He helped us a lot with many different issues without any additional payment.I would like to stay one more time at his house.

We spent 1 night, the room and bathroom was very clean, the kitchen have fully equipped with all the necessary things, all pleace in Perea for parking is free I recommended for short and long stays.😀
