Beach rentals in Perivolos

The hotel is a small set up made up of a dozen suites. But the staff were just amazing!! They made sure to make us feel at home and special. Janis the owner was so friendly and a charmer. Will definitely come back.

We give this 10 out of 10. An oasis. George was great and so helpful, all the staff were superb. The grounds are so beautiful a joy to walk through. The breakfast was wonderful, and we can't wait to come back.

The hotel is really nice!!! Steps to the beach. The staff was really helpful and Great with us! they provide us with everything we need :) and the bedroom was huge and really comfy!

Our time in Santorini was truly blessed. Mandilaria's proximity to the beach, hiking trails, Fira, and other beautiful sites enriched our experience. We enjoyed daily cleaning and all the comforts we needed. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, with the staff always offering their kind assistance. Though the internet speed was less than ideal, the overall value and blessings received far outweighed this minor inconvenience.

Amazing location, extremely friendly personal, very close to beach, bars and supermarket. Rent a quad nearby and this location will allow you to experience Santorini without breaking the bank. We will be back! Highly recommending this place! Ps. Swimming pool is great!

It is very near to the beach, very spacious, mini market is close(the one towards beach side is cheaper), The host is very helpful and always welcome your queries, The host comes with a warm welcome, she instantly replies on WhatsApp, The best option if you want to spend more time on beaches,the morning welcomes you with the chirping of birds, overall the best place

I'm always happy when I find accommodations to which I can leave a big 10 rate and this one exceeds it by 1000000000000++++++++! This is the best seaside location we've had in our travels around Europe beaches: new, modern with a hint of traditional, island vibes and the best amenities and hosts. The apartments are located beachfont, there is a beach with private sunbeds included when you step out of your room. Rooms have everything you need, from kitchen to bathroom, beach towels also, daily cleaning and the star of the show, the hot tub which made the middle of the day and evening even chill, for just relaxing there. This is a family business, Spiros the owner is super friendly, gives the best local insights of what to do around the island and is very accomodating with guests (we asked if we can get an early check because we had an early flight and he made it possible asap, once the other guests left, everyone worked to get it ready for us). Breakfast is offered on site and cooked there, fresh and yummy, you have multiple options; there's also a tiny shop where you can buy souvenirs, nice linen beach clothes and groceries also. I was honestly sad I didnt book more nights here from the begining, we slept great, it was quiet and just perfect. Hope you all get free spots to this location in your Santorini trip, as it's worth it 1000000000%. Thanks once again and see you soon! 🤗

The pools were excellent and plenty sunbeds. Along the strip of restaurants and across from the beach. Our room was lovely and property was well taken care of and clean. Very lively with great music. This hotel felt more like a resort.

The location is very close to the bus stop and far from the hustle and bustle of Santorini’s main attractions. Perfect for a family that wants to explore the town, but needs peace and quiet for the night. Bus to Fira takes about 30 minutes and there is Perissa beach 10-15 minutes walking.

It is in excellent condition and everything feels like it’s quality both inside and outside. The area was not overly busy with tourists so refreshing to walk down to beach and relax more without the chaos in other parts. Own pool is such a bonus as you spend so much time in it night and day.

Ritsa and her family are excellent hosts, the hotel is very clean, the pool area and hotel grounds are beautiful. There is a good breakfast served, and Ritsa always is available for questions, etc. She even booked the volcano tour for us. I would definitely stay there again!

Our stay at Villa Limnes was very comfortable. The host Michaela is greatly welcoming and helpful. Right on the first day of our stay she gave us all the necessary information from where we can visit to what food we can try along with restaurant suggestions. She was always available at the property to help guide us.

Loved everything about this place! It's away from the overpriced Fira and Oia areas, only 2 km from the black sand beaches and great seaside restaurants in Perissa. And it's only a 1 minute walk to the bus line which can take you pretty much everywhere for just a few Euros (for comparison, we were quoted 80 Euros for a 3 km taxi/Uber). The room and grounds were so beautiful, and our hosts were so pleasant and helpful!!

The room was perfect for our group of 5. Quiet place in Perissa even. though it is not far from the beach and main road. Not far from the bus stop, and walkable to the beach where we can find so many local restaurant. The host was so friendly, helpful, and kind. The room was clean with a nice view of the mountain and the beach. The room terrace was awesome for spending the afternoon chilling outside. The entire place was a gem we can find in the busy Santorini. We have a lovely stay

This was an amazing stay. Anastasia was an excellent host, and was always happy to answer any questions. She had strong communication with me right from when we booked the stay, and was very helpful organising transfer taxis, tours/activities and ATV hiring. I cannot recommend this place high enough. 2 min walk to the beach, and many great beach bars and restaurants. 5-10 min walk to bus stop to take us into Fira (25 min drive). Very enjoyable stay, and was a highlight of Santorini for us!

Great location perfect little stay

The room is close to the beach and the bus stop, which was very convenient. The owner is very kind and gives great tips about what to do on the island. She also offers airport pick-up and drop-off, which is very helpful. The room is okay, with a fridge available, and there is a supermarket nearby. Overall, a good place to stay.
