Great location, kind stuff, lovely little house.

Excellent location. The territory is green and shaded. Bars / shops are on the territory. Children appreciated entertainment program, pools and sea aqua park.

The location and the available facilities are very good Beaches are clean, beautiful, child friendly. Many programs or quite places can be found, based on personal preference.

Good location - close to the beach, great the pool at the nearby hotel was available for us. I felt safe about my child in the resort, as there were no cars allowed in the area (there was a separate parking lot), so kids could play and run safely. For the family of three the apartment was spacious. Also nice terrace.

The atmosphere was great thanks to Manu and his familly. They are always communicating with guests and trying to improve things. We had a lovely time there.

It is a beautiful location with a very nice garden and a pool.

The property is new and very well equipped for a comfortable stay. Washington machine worked great and the host provided supplies to do laundry, very appreciated. Kitchen and bathrooms (two full bedrooms )were also provided with necessary supplies soups etc.) There was AC/Heater unit in every room for a comfortable experience, several balconies, plenty of parking, very quiet and convenient location to explore all the surrounding sightseeing. There are three units in the large building/house. We really enjoyed our stay, Thank you !! Highly recommend!!!Kind advice is to better explain the property location as it’s inside a gated area and may be confusing at night (for us:)).

Very helpful and friendly host. Helped us with the jammed washing machine. The top appartment balcony was really spatious with nice view to the bay. Quite new house with nice and practical furniture. AC was working well, city centre is within walking distance.

The location was perfect, with a bakery nearby. It was also in walking distance of the restaurants and boulevard, where there was a lot of activity at night. The pool was really nice. And parking was always available, which was very nice. Also the presence of washing machine and dishwasher was very handy.

Everything was new and perfect location in Medulin. Great breakfast and plenty of options. Very friendly owners. Plenty of parking space just next door.

Location is great and surprisingly quiet given it’s on the main road. The staff was really friendly and responsive to some issues that came up with the fridge and ac unit—definitely turned it into a positive experience. Great breakfast. Really nice clean room. Most points for the ease moving between the dining room, balcony, pool—very relaxed, intimate setting with a great vibe.

Super modern with every facility you need. Well equipped apartment and superb pool with chairs and shades. Lovely terrace with bbq and coffee machine. The host really goes out of his way to make you welcome and Gina does a really good behind the scenes job. Apartments are a short walk into town and is surrounded with superb restaurants. I would highly recommend these apartments for a stay in Medulin and would book again without hesitation.

Peaceful destination, lovely village by the sea, everything at a walking distance, good beaches, great apartment, nice and new facilities. Host was very hospitable and kind. IStria is beautiful, Pula is a bigger city with everything at hand.

We loved this place! The owner is the sweetest and most genuine lady! The grounds are pretty. We enjoyed eating outside hike the kids played in the garden. We walked to the beach. The place is meticulously clean.
