Beach rentals in Arambol

Some building work going on, but the owner kept the disruption to a minimum. Fantastic place, just far enough from the beach that it was quiet

Absolutely unbeatable value for money. We loved our stay. We wanted to stay longer and wished we could. We had an issue before arrival and when I contacted This is it, it was resolved immediately and without any fuss. Brilliant customer service from the start. Our stay was just the best throughout. Our dinner was fabulous that night as was our included breakfast the next day. We are a little older and wondered if we would even fit in... no problem. They couldn't have been more welcoming. Great view from our balcony.. the room was clean and ready for us... honestly I could go on and on.. We will definitely be going back and have no hesitation in recommending This is it to others.

We had good experience with the property. Rooms is big and clean, the washroom is also big and clean. The owner is so nice. No smell inside. I guess rooms is new.

It seems like a new hotel with modern furniture and a great location. There are several shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach. I found it very comfortable and enjoyable to stay here.

The location was amazing, it was just across the main road from the Morjim beach. Its a spacious property, with four bedrooms and a spacious kitchen.

Wonderful stay strongly recommended.
