Amazing location, clean rooms and very friendly owners! Wish I would have brought my golf clubs as there is a beautiful golf course nearby.

Centrally located and few minutes walk to free beach. New/updated clean rooms.

We stopped for a night on a cycling tour. Online check-in for old folks is a pain but to be fair, even doing it on the same day as we did it worked well. We had secure outdoor parking for our bikes, a super clean room with (gold star!) a heated towel rail to dry our cycling gear. And breakfast was superb! 10/10 supported by the two ladies who were on hand to make sure everything was ok. No shortage of restaurants and bars near by. Very happy to recommend this place.

The place is absolutely gorgeous! The room, the view, the location, all was just fantastic! For breakfast, we were given a voucher to an excellent pastry shop, where we had the best sfoglie ever. But, most importantly, the hosts were such kind, welcoming, sincere, and genuinely caring people! I’ve traveled a lot, but I’ve never stayed with hosts as wonderful as Martina and her mom, and I’m so grateful to them for their kindness and hospitality.

One of the best stays we’ve had in a while, perfect location very close to the beach, stores and restaurants. It was perfectly clean! Is a very unique and beautiful building, our room was very spacious and we also found many places to park our car outside the building. The staff was really friendly and gentle.

Great host, good neighbourhood. Almost perfect. Proximity of supermarket Pam is good. At least one good restaurant in proximity too. Nice location in general, not aimed at tourists, therefore calm and nice.

The place is perfect for families with children that want to enjoy both the beach and the swimming pool. The swimming pools are big and very clean The restaurant has a good menu and the food is tasty. There is also a bar for drinks, ice cream etc. The bungalow is comfortable and well equipped.

Beautiful grounds. Quiet. Amazing views. Francesca, her husband and everyone we encountered were nice, helpful, considerate and caring people.

Patrizia is an incredible host. The room we stayed at was spacious with great AC in the middle of August. Patrizia was available to answer all of our questions and helped us with our mode of transportation. The property needs a car/taxi to get to as it is a few minute drive from the city center. Overall great experience for the value.
