Beautiful property at the edge of Lake Orta. The staff is very welcoming. The rooms are spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. Our room had a kitchenette which came in handy. In the warmer, there is a great pool and one can swim in the lake as well.

Monica’s hospitality made you feel at home. Plus the place is amazing and the views were phenomenal.

We spent a lovely week at La Rosa in September. The position is amazing, we enjoyed beautiful afternoons swimming in the lake and enjoying the garden in the sunshine! The apartment is perfect for a couple - the bathroom could use some maintenance (the toilet kept flushing all the time) but otherwise we were so happy with it. The host was incredibly helpful and very kindly found and sent back a bracelet I lost as well - would recommend them to anyone!

Beautiful place in stellar condition, all the modern amenities and beautiful artistic touches, too. Loved being in the center of such a gorgeous town. Would stay here again whenever we go back to Orta San Giulio.

Great location with convenient parking. Two amazing restaurants right next door. Quiet and roomy for two. Lake Orta was fantastic, a great substitute for the crowds of Lake Como. Our hosts were great! Meet us at the parking, great communications and recommendations.

Orta San Giulio is a small village that offers an amazing UNESCO site, good food, the lake, and easy walking. The location of this small hotel is perfect.

Location was fantastic and the apartment was spacious, clean and had all we needed. Stefano was a great help and was always very polite and cheerful. He helped us with our cases and also showed us how to get to the garage. Thank you to him.

This is a fabulous place to stay. Right in the middle of the square. The accommodation was excellent, the views breathtaking and the shower pressure perfect! The secure underground parking was great. We will be back.

Great location and a very spacious apartment, with good amenities. We really enjoyed our stay here and could have easily stayed longer! The hosts made some good recommendations from the numerous local cafes and restaurants. My partner is a keen bike rider and hired a road bike for a few days and got in some good riding around the lake and nearby hills.
