Beautiful house and friendly staff

Host was very friendly. He made us an espresso when we arrived. He gave us a map of Puglia and highlighted points of interest throughout the region. He also suggested a great place for dinner in town. The A/C in our room was excellent.

The property was very clean and exactly where we wanted it to be, a short drive right outside of downtown Bari. The private parking was great for us. Massimo and Filomena were so responsive and helpful getting us into the apartment easily and with clear directions. Apt has everything you need to make meals or bring in food. AC works really well. The area has some lovely restaurant options and good cafes for breakfast. Would return anytime and hope to one day

The Hosts for this property - husband and wife are wonderful and kind people. They helped us on several occasions with exceptional service. The property location was convenient to all the little stores and markets in the area. A short walk to the water front - beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Our host Frank was wonderful…showed us how to use everything..even offered us a different room if we did not want stairs and he also made dinner reservations for us. The beautiful home was peaceful with a great view. The hot tub was a fun bonus and it was within 15 minutes walking to several restaurants. Great stay w easy parking for our car.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa – a peaceful retreat just outside the busy city centre, offering both privacy and convenience. One of the highlights was the direct access to a small beach, just a few steps from the villa. The property itself was very clean, well maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of espresso pods provided for their specific machine – a small detail that made our mornings even more enjoyable. While we did encounter an issue during our stay (completely outside the host’s control), we were impressed by how responsive and accommodating the host was in addressing it promptly, kindly and professionally. Overall, this is a beautiful villa in a quiet, scenic location, perfect for anyone looking to unwind while still being within easy reach of the city center of Bari. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

The most amazing host you can come across, amazingly welcoming and getting out of her way to make sure clients are accommodated in the best way possible. The villa is meticulously clean,very quiet, peaceful and safe with seaview rooms and also over looking the pool area, with both swimming pool and area are meticulously clean Definitely a 10 ⭐. Parking accessible and buses are also frequent to Bari center. Highly recommended!!

Everything was great, a quiet area on a dead-end street, lots of nice additions like a surrounding olive garden, football field, basketball hoop, I enjoyed the rooftop with a terrific view of the sea and Bari. Lots of beautiful birds, even a peacock :) Plenty of spaces to park. It is a villa. A place to enjoy nature, air, life, and relax.

it's very clean and cozy house. the owner of the house is very kind. I wish I was longer here. if you choose this place, trurst me ,you'll never regret it.

Fabio is a great host, very friendly, and did everything possible to make our stay a good one, even loaned us two wine glasses, as there weren't any in the room. We especially appreciate that he is on site, there to greet his guests. The property has on-site, dedicated parking, which is rare in Italy. Bedding was nice and the apartment was clean. Shower was hot. Fabio is such a nice guy, I don't like saying anything negative, but I wouldn't recommend the breakfast. For 7.50 euros, I didn't expect a lot, maybe a fresh croissant. The coffee pod machine was good, and there was yogurt and water in the fridge, but the breakfast was a wicker basket with cellophaned dry goods.

🥰Claudia was so nice to everyone and being supportive all the time! She helped us to communicate with the local taxi driver who didn’t speak any English through WhatsApp, and also helped us with the bus tickets, printing service and many other things. The room was clean and well-facilitated.

Pros: -great value for money; -close to Bari; -big terrace; -underground parking space; -safe.
