Beach rentals in Bang Sare

I like to location with very nice view, clean room with good view. I had a good time of relaxation when staying there.

Everything was great. The location, facilities, security, all perfect.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The TV was big and good air-conditioners. There was a small balcony you can relax in the morning. We could make use of the kitchen with a small pot and a pan (not quite good conditon) as we luckily brought our own utencils. You could buy some fresh shrimp/squid at Bang Sare local market in the morning. The owner provided enough toilet amenities, and 2 bottles of water. We also enjoyed the beach and food at the Sea of Love on the opposite side.

I enjoy every moment here. The room is fully furnished with a seaview balcony and Netflix streaming is available on 65" smart TV (awesome!!) In short, everything you need for vacation or workation is provided. PS: the host and maid are very nice.

Frankie is a wonderful host and very helpful. This is a great location in a smaller beach town, 30 min south of Pattaya. Quieter more retiree area. Newer property and well maintained. Good for either short or long stay.

Very clean lots of pots pans KFS everthing worked loverly. Lovely big roof top pool and a preety good gym.

The view is fantastic and worth for money. The room can fit with 4 people. Stayed here many times with my friends and family and definitely will come back!

Good, private..everything is complete. We just need to prepare food and bring it in. It's convenient. I like it. I hope we can go and relax again. I recommend it.

The villa was just as in the pictures. The layout is perfect so that the bedrooms are separated away from the living space, which is great for those who are struggling with jet lag. Nice walk to the hotel/ beach, and can ride on the golf cart provided by hotel if the distance is too far.

The pool, the restaurant, all the beautiful flowers around the pool area! You can walk right out back and be in the beach.

The villa is beautiful and well equipped. The pool is very large, excersiable size. The staff is very helpful. The floating breakfast (per requested +2,000 THB) is decent.

Really nice hosts and we were cycling. We just found the place on booking.com so didn't know what to expect. Was amazing. Clean. Friendly and hear good eating at Big C. Was a great find.

We had a wonderful stay! The villa was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for my family. It felt luxurious, and we really appreciated the complimentary snacks—they were a lovely touch. Check-in was smooth and quick, making our arrival hassle-free. We also loved relaxing in the private swimming pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Great place! Gorgeous villa — super clean and well managed. Staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Full kitchen, big living room, three bedrooms with two full bathrooms (one ensuite), a toilet room and of course the pool space.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunshine Beach Condotel. Our host, Alexander, truly went above and beyond. He helped with every detail, arranged airport transfers, recommended restaurants for a birthday celebration, and made sure we were always looked after. Even with our flight delayed by six hours, we were met at the airport and welcomed warmly in the middle of the night. We rented two condos, both well equipped with full kitchens, plenty of towels, good air conditioning, and even a coffee maker in one. The units are not brand new and show some general wear, but everything was clean, organised, and comfortable. The views were absolutely incredible. We stayed on the 9th and 27th floors and both were stunning. The pools were clean and quiet, with a shallow one perfect for kids and a larger one great for laps. Many days we had them entirely to ourselves. The beach is right in front of the building, making it easy to enjoy peaceful family time away from busy Pattaya. Cafes are about a 20 minute walk, but Grab and Bolt made food delivery and transport effortless. The location is also close to Ramayana Water Park, Nong Nooch Garden, the Elephant Park, and plenty of massage places and street food near 7/11. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Sunshine Beach Condotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning views and fantastic host support.

I love how near it is to the beach. The pools are very nice too! It’s quite cheap for its price. My family loved it! Will definitely come back soon!
