Ahmet Bey was incredibly friendly and helpful—he even met us at a nearby spot to make sure we found the apartment easily. The place was spotless and very well-maintained. We especially loved the stunning view and the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Very good place to stay, isolated from city noise. Many pets which kids like very much. Hospitality of the owner, Mr. Fatih, is exceptional. We enjoyed tasty breakfast and fresh lemonades. Since location is isolated the car is a must. Highly recommend place to stay.

This is my second time booking this villa, and it’s my favorite spot perfect for families. It’s incredibly clean and beautiful, overlooking the sea. The location is ideal, being close to the marina and various attractions. Ahmed’s exceptional hospitality truly stood out; he is always friendly, accommodating, and goes out of his way to ensure guests have a fantastic stay. His warm welcome and attention to detail made our experience even more enjoyable. I appreciate his dedication and helpful nature. I’ll definitely book this villa again the next time I’m in Bodrum. Value for money! Renovated rooms, very nice and comfy. 5 minutes walking from the sea.

This is the most amazing place to stay and I highly recommend it. We stayed here for over a week and it was the most wonderful trip. Here are some highlights: 1. The host (Koksal) is a wonderful human. This is his family business and he goes above and beyond to assist you with everything. He is very responsive and helpful. 2. The location is really great. Only 3min walk to the bus station, 5min walk to taxi station, 2min walk to bakeries for warm bread and pastry, 5min walk to two large supermarkets (that sell grocery and everything you’ll need), 10min walk to pharmacy or the beach, and there are many restaurants nearby. 3. The property was built just a couple of years ago and everything is very clean (sheets, beds, towels, etc). The pool is quite large and also really clean. There are plenty of pots and pans, glasses, plates, and utensils to serve food to even 10 people. Each room has its own AC and full bathroom. Thank you Koksal for hosting us and being so kind. We hope to come back and stay here again :)

Good location, close to the sea, clean and new. Fully equipped kitchen and the best swimming pool with sea water. Near by you can find small shops, cozy bakery.
