The apartment was located in a quiet area, with a nice garden. With mountains in the back and the sea in front, the view was always nice. The restaurant on the property was really nice, with delicious food. The staff was welcoming and genuinely nice. Overall pleasant stay.

The place it was very clean, the staff people were very lovely and kind, and it was such a aesthetic and a very beautiful hotel that it looked modern and antique at the same time. Very good room, shower worked great and there was always warm water. The AC was quick to cool the room. We had a peaceful night in the comfortable double bed. The restaurant the host had was fairly priced and we had amazing pizzas. The server was kind and took good care of us. It made our holiday uneventful which is exactly how we want to feel near the beach: relaxed and with our brains turned off. The beach was crowded but still clean, they all had toilets and changing rooms and we enjoyed the waves in Velipoja.

Excellent location, something exceedingly important when having little children. Property is very neatly maintained and it has most, if not all, amenities one may need. Very responsive and helpful owner.

The breakfast was excellent. It was fresh and good taste.
