Very atmospheric old-fashioned hotel. Perfect, if you want to experience what it was like to stay in a guest house 120 years ago. Nice and clean rooms. Private bathrooms in a separate space. Fantastic ocean view.

I highly recommend a stay here. The hosts are very helpful & welcoming. The rooms are a good size, very clean, lovely comfy beds & whilst bathroom is on the smaller side it is very clean & functional. The inclusion of the kitchenette was very convenient. Excellent quiet location, but still within walking distance to all that Victor Harbour has to offer. I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staffs and good location

We loved the location, we walked everywhere. We didn't use the 2nd bedroom, but the main bedroom bed, was soooo comfy! The little extras in the kitchen cupboards, like the drinking options with marshmallows for hot chocolate! Being on the ground floor was great with parking just outside the pool fence. The pool was very clean!

Prime location, the host was helpful and so kind. Apartment was very clean and the beds were so comfy. Will definitely be returning.
