Location is very appropriate and private, breakfast is fantastic with restaurant and bar for beverages and great food for the rest of the day.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hostel! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The environment was so warm and welcoming, with a beautiful garden where birds sang every morning—a perfect way to start the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. And the breakfast? Easily one of the best I’ve ever had in my life—fresh, delicious, and featuring amazing local dishes. If you’re looking for a place to stay that feels like a home away from home, with a peaceful atmosphere and amazing hospitality, this is the perfect choice. You can find both a peaceful space to relax and unwind, as well as friendly people to join for lively parties in the evening. It truly offers the best of both worlds!

It is well located, in the middle of the city so it’s walking distance to a lot of places. Guilherme and Dani, at the front desk, always made sure to respond to our requests/questions with a positive spirit. Our AC was leaking when we arrived at night, the following morning they had someone coming in to fix it. The girls working at breakfast were very friendly and professional. The Breakfast was really good, many options to choose from, Tapiocas (5 different flavors) available to choose from, they also cooked fresh pastry daily. Amazing. The staff were exceptional.

The pousada did not appear on my radar while searching for a place to spend the last night of our 14-day trip through southern Bahia. Eventually it came up, and I was intrigued. I booked without realizing they had literally opened only about a week and a half earlier. The place is clearly very new, but the owners are eager to please and work extremely hard. They truly went above and beyond during our stay. At one point, she even drove us to the beach, which honestly felt incredibly kind and generous. Brazilian hospitality really is something special. Over 14 days we stayed in three different regions and visited several pousadas, so naturally we ended up comparing experiences. With that in mind, I think a few observations are fair, especially understanding that every new business goes through a learning curve. One small difficulty was arriving back at night and not realizing there were three different gates/doors to enter. Our key wouldn't open the first two gates/doors we mistakenly tried first, and eventually the owner had to come help us. Clearer instructions would probably solve that easily. For me personally, a bedside table is essential. I read at night and like having a place for my phone, books, glasses, and small personal items. My husband also mentioned that there was nowhere to place luggage, something all the other pousadas we stayed in provided. That said, the pool area and overall space are beautiful, and the location is excellent — right in the center of Arraial d’Ajuda. I have no doubt they will do very well. It is a beautiful property with warm, hardworking owners, and with a few small adjustments the experience could become even better.

This hotel was very nice, it's right on the beach. The staff we're very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. I finally found a hotel in brazil where they actually have somebody that speaks English. Carlos is a cool dude. Nilgee is very friendly and cool.

Breakfasts were fresh and well presented. The facility is still well maintained and clean after having visited 2 years ago. It is obviously well managed. So many spaces to enjoy the hotel even if the weather happens to be wet. The Gardens are lovely and access to the beach is really fantastic. Room was comfortable and clean. Having a stocked bar fridge was unusual to see. Everything was just perfect.

On passage to Trancoso, nice family place. Simple, nice, cozy and great breakfast.
