The room is clean and confortable. The localization is excellent and the staff very kind.

Location and garage available and breakfast

We were there on a busy holiday weekend, and it was close to full (200+ guests) if not actually full. But staff were very efficient, never waited very long for reception attention or breakfast buffet, etc. Also heard nothing through the walls, so I can't agree with the "thin walls / noise" review I saw. Badass jet shower from central heating, felt like I was in a USA hotel for a minute.

The staff were very friendly, and helped me when I was sick. In addition, the room was very spacious and clean. Three bed was comfortable and has a good reading light, as well.

I liked the location and the accessibility to the things that mattered the most to me i.e. the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores.

the food is fabulous and the restaurant serves the best "moqueca"in Salvador! And the rest of the offerings are really delicious, with great servers and very nice drinks.

I enjoyed the atmosphere surrounding the flat . Lovely and beautiful . The ocean made me feel totally relaxed . I really appreciated this place . And highly recommended it.

The room was totally inadequate for us. No chair to set on for eating or playing cards or just doing paperwork. Very inadequate.

Good breakfast, right on the beach, ac worked and the lobby was comfortable to hang out in.

The place was huge. I got the suite with the jacuzzi on the top floor. Separate lounge room with guest bathroom and an extra bed. Balcony was great with a great ocean view. It also has secure parking underneath. One block from the beach.

🥰 A nice budget surprise🎉 Located oceanfront in the Pituba neighborhood of Salvador, the Dan Inn exceeded my expectations. The daily 'cafe de manha' served up a great Brazilian buffet of coffee/yogurt/granola/fresh tropical fruit/juices+. My oceanview room with private bath was very comfortable & clean with an A/C I could use during the heat of the day, but being a person who loves fresh air, I was happy I could open the sliding glass window at nite, and listen to the sound of the ocean waves that were so soothing to my ears. A Gem of years gone by, yet well maintained/renewed. A great option for budget travelers wanting to be close to everything (esp. the Rio Vermelho cultural scene & nightlife) w/buses available out front. I will stay here next time I return for sure🫶🏾
