The manager was super accommodating and understanding. I really felt that he went out of his way to accommodate me. I also caused him some difficulties which I appreciate his understanding on.

The property was beautiful and comfortable. Our suite, Le Arsenault, had everything we needed and more. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We loved the historical nature and great location of Ruelle. We highly recommend it and hope to return for a longer stay.
