This is a great hotel! The breakfast was delicious and fresh, and the view from the rooftop was lovely. In the rooms, the air conditioning was perfect and it was nice to have a fridge. The location was also perfect...we could walk to the Conde in just a few minutes and there were several restaurants and sites of interest nearby. Finally, the staff (especially Rhance and Maikel) were friendly and informative.

The staff, they were attentive to our needs. They made us feel as if we were VIPs. The staff was knowledgeable and provided great recommendations on restaurants and places to go. Breakfast was made to order every morning. The location was in Zona Colonial and only a couple of minutes from Calle Conde and the main square. The hotel itself has a rich and interesting history.

The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The atmosphere felt peaceful and exclusive, making it perfect to relax and unwind. The staff was outstanding professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Every interaction felt personalized. The amenities, especially the pool and common areas, were top-tier and added to the overall luxury experience. Truly a place where you feel taken care of from the moment you arrive.

Love the pool and the gym. Great location and awesome views of the Malecon and the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. The casino was so fun that featured amazing live entertainment.

I especially like the hospitality of the staff and how welcoming they were to me and my family. They even try to communicate in English which is a plus.

Great stay. Nice facilities, the place was bright, clean and tidy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Franky, the owner, was very attentive and provided fantastic service. The hotel is located in the heart of the colonial zone where everything is within a short walking distance.
