Easy access to coral reef, Lounges on the beach súper nice, everything located conveniently. Pools excellent Just everything perfect, excellent service, super staff eseciallt Farah from guest relation, restaurant manager Abo Elabass, Abdu and the guys of the restaurant and the lifeguard at the pier Ahmed and at the pool. And the photo team guys!

I spent a couple of days in this hotel and it really exceeded my expectations: its location is great, near the sea and the restaurants. It has its private beach, which is large enough. When I arrived I was informed that my room had been upgraded; I was offered a private suite, with, apart from the bedroom and a private bathroom, a large living, a kitchen and a lovely terrace on which I could profit of the sunny afternoons, totally relaxing. The staff is friendly and always willing to help! The food at its restaurant is also good!

Security was attentive to their duties. The cafeteria servers were quick on the cleanup and removal of your dishes. Sometimes they were too fast. Plenty of food and the facility was well taken care of.

Statf are amazing specially ( Mr. Shaaban the manager, Nancy customer relation manager and Ramadan ) all are amazing, supportive and very professional 😍

Very relaxed stay, the hotel complex is very new and high quality. The hotel beach is very well maintained and offers good opportunities for snorkeling. The quality of the food is good and doesn't cause any problems even for European stomachs 😉 The hotel management can be very proud of their staff, they work very responsibly and are very committed and friendly even in stressful situations. All in all, the hotel exceeded my expectations!

It's a jewel among other resorts, well planned with lively atmosphere

Brand new resort, wonderfully clean and well-maintained. Excellent all-inclusive selection at meals, and some lovely restaurant options that are also included. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and more than willing to stop and chat. Good selection of pools and immediate access to a nice beach area, with a diving centre and house reef that we took advantage of with a scuba diving session which was a highlight of our trip. Overall great value for money, especially when considering the meals and the fact that alcohol is included in the all-inclusive price.

Location is very good. Once things were working, the apartment was fine. Nice terrace area, decent TV

JAZ Costa Mares is a great hotel in a great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Phantastic place for snorkeling. The riff in front of the hotel is very easily reachable - no need for a boat. There is also the possibility to go snorkeling with a diving company which is 5 min walking distance from the hotel. We saw many turtles and even a dugong on our trip.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our honeymoon. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We were given a beautiful room with a great view, and the cleanliness was outstanding throughout the entire hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always welcoming, which made our stay even more special. The food was excellent, with a great variety and very high quality. The overall atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and had such lovely chill vibes. exactly what we were looking for. We truly enjoyed every moment and we can’t wait to come back!
