Its clean, the staff is good and value for money

Mr. Mohammed, the owner, is very nice, friendly and welcoming, he made us feel very welcome . Room , living room and kitchen are very clean The location is ok and there is restaurant and café around the Helnan hotel .

The staff who recibe us was incredible , Ualid was so great and helpful, very kind. He help us to make sure we was good with food before laving and even buy snacks as we waited for entrance. Show us around and make sure we were comfortable and with all what we need before laving.

I booked an appartement in an hotel, but when I arrived there I discovered that I got an appartement from an owner. Good things was the location... Very close to the beach that wasn't that great because of a lot of corals literally covering the beach in a very painful way, but the swimming pools compensated for this... And I also liked the children parks with slides and swings for my kids. In the appartement itself, I liked the presence of air conditioners and TVs.

The flat was extremely clean and has everything prepared. We didn't need to bring anything with us.

The owner knows how to welcome you in a bright way ... everything is available upon request .. great hospitality

Dr.Ahmed the owner was super nice , clean , well prepared suitable for small family, relaxing 😎, have garden view .

The stay was very good, and Dr. Walid is a polite and very cooperative person. I hope that this unit will remain good and develop for the better. The location is good, halfway between Port Said and Damietta. The place is generally quiet, beautiful and suitable for holidays.
