Awesome place. Very clean. Close to shops and walking distance to the beach! BREAKFAST is AWESOME

The brunch till 13.00 was ecxellent as we like to sleep on holidays.

Stayed in the annex Teide building, which is a couple blocks away from the main building that has the front desk/amenities. Location was good, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and close to a couple bus stops. Room was clean and comfortable. Wifi worked fine. Staff provided good service.

The breakfast had great and many choices, the warm food even had allergens next to it and there were some gluten free choices as well. The mattress was hard (nicely so!) and there were multiple pillows (even the half ones). The hotel had great location - very close to the bus stop to and from Palma and Airport. The long sand beach was cca 10 minutes walk and 15-20 minutes walk to the other side took you to sea as well (rocky ground, better bring shoes for swimming, but less people and no sand).

the guys from the staff were very nice, helpful and kind. The argentinean girl working was extremely unfriendly and had a sour face all the time, very unpleasant to be around. But the guys were wonderful

We had a bolcony, which was great for drying beach items and to make the space feel bigger. Across the street is a good size convenient store and lots of restaurants to the north along the water. Mini fridge and air con worked well. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Borrowed an iron from the front desk, but it tripped the power in our room. A technician arrived within 15 minutes to flip the breaker. Up the hill is a bus stop to go to the center of Palma which is about 20 minutes/2€ tap to pay and exit. Very easy, suggest tacos at Primo Taquería. There was supposed to be a bus stop across the street too, but it didn't arrive at the time Google said it was, so took a taxi back to airport. Taxi is cheaper than Uber, very surprised by this!

Staff is very polite and eager to help. Whole hotel is very clean, and it was refreshing in the room, because of the ventilation. Also there is a safe in the room so you can put your valuable stuff and documentation. There were various options of food and it was exceptionally tasty. For hotel that has 3 stars I would say that it has a service of a 5 star hotel. I would recommend it for anyone to stay at HSM Reina del Mar.

Breakfast was pretty good, lots of different kinds of food. The room was old, but I only used it for sleeping. Bathroom was very nice.

The unlimited brunch is a great option given by the hotel. We had a breakfast in the morning, and we could still return for a brunch in the noon. The check out time is at 12:00, but the hotel gives you the opportunity to use their locker room for your luggage, in case your flight is later. There is a shower as well we could use, with towels provided by the hotel. The lobby and the pool are still usable during your last day.

No complaints at all and is probably my favorite hotel. I would go back!

The room that I got had the swiming pool right next to. They gave me some baguettes next morning to take with me since my flight was very early and I wasn't able to make it for breakfast, the staff was very helpful and attentive! The hotel was very clean and spacious, the room waa very comfortable 🤩

The location is great and we had our room on the 4th floor with a huge balcony!
