Bathroom facilities could have been better

the property was not gor fanimy. it is not worth at all it is should be one star. we originamy booked it for 10 nights but only styed for 1 night qnd they chqrged me for 3 nights

Walking distance to everything: beach, shopping, restaurants, bus station. Loved every aspect: security, privacy, balcony, pools, breakfast included, Aviña rooftop, and most especially the King size bed! Also has spacious bathroom & wonderful clean shower with rainfall & handheld. Relaxing areas to sit in Lobby & on rooftop.

Only thing I liked is the reception and the service of the receptionist and the security men.

City center and close to everything. Clean and cool place! Friendly staff. Unlimited brunch till 1pm. Amazing place! 10/10 A+++++

They were really correct and polite towards us. We came in 2am and they got us a cold dinner ready. Also picnic for breakfast the last day. Everything was amazing, definitely will be visiting again

Got a room of my choice higher floor with view of the pool and town below. Hotel was a good price and breakfast was the best that I had from traveling 2wks in Spain. In North American terms, it served as a Brunch with everything in the rainbow. Excellent quality. Wonderful distance from shops and beach without the waterfront noise. Also 15min walk to bus station for connections to other cities.

Pros: Great welcome: The check-in with Xavi was very nice. He made my wife and me feel truly welcomed from the start. Post-checkout access: I really appreciated that they let us use the hotel facilities, including the pools, after checking out. Nice pool area: The pools are heated, making it a great place to lounge, relax, and enjoy good food, snacks, and drinks. Aesthetic design: It is a very nice boutique hotel with an attractive look and style. Good breakfast: The breakfast was high quality with a great variety of options.

Upon check in we were welcomed with a complimentary cocktail in the bar while we waited for our room. The reception staff and cleaners were so kind, they even went the extra mile and left a bottle of cava for us in the room. It was perfect!

The hotel is not big and has an atmosphere and a unique design. You can spend your time near the small swimming pool or in the lobby with table games or at the bar. Some are also working with laptops. Hotel guests are quiet. The personnel is very friendly, hardworking, and caring, will help you with any questions. The room is simple but with a comfortable bed and a balcony. Cleaning service every morning. Meals are reach and of a good quality. A good variety of everything. Dinners are never the same (we had 5 days). There's always a cook on site roasting an omelet/pancakes, or fish/meat personally for you. The times of meals are very convenient. The location is good: outside of the main noise of the city but nevertheless in the center: near the bus station (2 min), supermarket, 10-15 min walk to the beach. Several parking options are just around the hotel (30 Euro per day). At the reception, you will also be provided with the info about the much cheaper variant (ca. 9 Euro).A parking garage at the shopping mall - very modern and safe. Can be booked and paid online just before you drive there. 20 min walk back. Recommend you when you use the car not every day. There is also an (un)loading parking spot at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel, personnel and enjoyed the staying. Thank you!

Great location , clean, comfortable & quiet area

It felt like we were staying at a major hotel brand as everything was up to standard: The room smelled great and was always kept clean by the staff. The AC was really nice to have for some hotter October nights. The shower was spacious, and there was always hot water immediately available and a great water pressure. We loved the breakfast buffet and it didn’t get boring over the week we were staying there. Off-season parking was free (otherwise 15 euros per day). They had great beach towels available for a small deposit.

Everything was perfect — a really good and new and comfortable rooms, great meal, big pool, a lot of space, quiet location and friendly stuff.

Very good looking and clean rooms, decent buffet breakfasts and dinners, hospitable staff.

The location is just the best, to the right is the main party street, to the left is the bus station, and it’s just 3 minutes walk through a nice street full of cafes to the sea. The dinners are really worth it completely!

All was great, staff very friendly, Breakfast was levish and well organised by the chef, and great about of variety. 10/10 for the chef 👩‍🍳 !!! Location is perfect 5 min walk to the sea. And also close to the center city!!

Close to the beach, good price to value

We loved our stay there, we'll definitely come back. We got a family room and it was perfect for the 3 of us. Very clean, very modern, beds very comfy. We got the football field view that was actually entertaining :-D Staff was really caring, if we skipped the cleaning day they were checking in to see if everything was ok and if we need something, and we appreciated that very much. We travelled by car and having the shuttle service 24/7 to/from the parking (with a reduce price for hotel stays) was very convenient. We had a great experience overall. The male server who helped us at the pool bar was excellent—friendly, attentive, and really made a positive difference. He definitely deserves a 5-star mention. A special mention as well to the lifeguard at the pool—she was very attentive and took safety seriously, especially with children. I saw her handle a difficult situation calmly and professionally. She was doing a great job and deserves appreciation. Last of all, The factory restaurant, very very good as they said to us! so if you don't want to go out for dinner, it's a very good alternative!

Location is perfect , all staff just amazing , special thanks to Louwemrn, Halasa, Manon, Carmen, Juan and Cristobal who made our stay a true magic! Also to the housekeeping team🙏Wonderful and welcoming team and very professional and helpful ❤️

The Staff was great , Zahira and Joel at the front desk where extremely nice. The breakfast was delicious and abundant . Everyone at the hotel was really nice. Joel recomended so many great places to visit . This is my second stay at the hotel and Zahira recognized me immediately when I showed up to check in !

Staff were very helpful and friendly with my parents. All requests has been fulfilled.
