The location of the apartment is really good as it faces straight into the pool. So if you are with kids( that are not toddlers anymore ) you can supervise them from the balcony. As well it is a small pool for smaller kids. The apartment is very spacious. Shops and town centres are just outside the apartment.

The apartment is spacious and contain everything you need either for short or a long stay. We absolutely loved the bathroom - so spacious with the window which is unusual for most of apartments in this building. Kitchen area also very spacious. Apartment looks way better in real life than on photos. The host is extremely nice person!

Overall it's a good and comfortable apartment in a nice location. 5 min walking to the shore with beautiful sunsets. Shops and restaurants also right in front of the building. WiFi is fast, perfect for working.

This is a new apartment with a modern interior. I recommend this apartment for rent.

Location is really in between two bus stops that go to Las Americas which is great! The apartment had everything we needed especially in the kitchen (they provided tea and coffee cups free of charge), it was all clean, towels and bed sheets as well. A mini market and a few restaurants are 5 mins away. Check in process was a bit slow, and they let us in only at the designated check in time not earlier, not to brag, it wasn’t really an issue but would’ve been nice to not wait too long in the sun.

First of all the host Joanna was excellent, picked us up from and to the airport. On time very friendly, excellent communication. The place was very clean, location is excellent with great views. Joanna s attention to details made the stay unforgettable. Thank you Joanna Until next time

Hard Rock Tenerife is a fantastic hotel with a unique vibe and top-tier amenities. We loved the music, the breakfast, and the overall design. Big thanks to Jon for his exceptional hospitality; his help made our experience much smoother and more enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

Great communication with the host

We chose this place and location after reading many good reviews from previous guests and because we wanted a relaxing holiday. Overall we were very happy with the place. First of all I would like to give a big shout out to the manager Alex, who cares about her guests and gives information and advice not only about the apartment but also about things to do in the area. A nice touch, a bottle of bubbly, which you can pick up at the nearby restaurant. The undeniable bonus of the apartment is the view from the 15th floor balcony. And although this April was unusually cloudy and even rainy, we were able to enjoy not only the sunset but also the rainbow. The apartment itself is actually a small studio (inaccuracy in the booking.com description), which is sufficient for two people, more would be a crowd. As mentioned by other guests, the mattress is on the smaller side (max 180cm long). There is a sofa that can be converted into a bed for a child. There is a small kitchenette with basic cooking utensils. Would be nice to have: - bottled water (for tired travellers who arrive late after shops are closed) - salt, pepper (we left our for next travellers) - washing powder for 1-2 loads (was provided upon request) PS One important thing to consider while booking: The place is top floor and tends to get hot. In April it is not a problem, but in summer it might be as the place doesn't have AC or a van. PPS the nearby beach with sun umbrellas, black sand and clean water suitable for swimming is Playa de Ajabo (10 min walk north) Umami Coffee in the building is the best place coffee, homemade passion fruit cheesecake and smoothies in the area.
