This property was in a nice neighborhood and a new modern building. Everything was sparkling clean and comfortable and we appreciated the fruit and water after a long trip. I would highly recommend it.

Very nice property. Good price. Rooms clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and if you need an English speaker one of them (Henry), speaks English. They are understanding and flexible if you are military and trying to catch a flight back on standby and your arrival is not confirmed. Right next to the beach and a good place for breakfast next door. Lobby has a comfortable sitting area and a microwave. I would stay there again.

The hotel was clean, and it was very easy to access the key even though I arrived late at night.

Great value! Each room is private in its own area of the villa. Super comfortable open layout of the building with lots of plants! Multiple restaurants in the general vicinity of the hotel, and everything is very walkable. You are going to be in the center of Rota. The hotel was comfy with A/C, a fridge, and a full bathroom. The room opens up to an outdoor patio. Really great night!

I had such an incredible stay at Apartamentos Turísticos Los Patios, truly a top-tier experience. I was traveling with my 11-year-old daughter, and this location was absolutely perfect for us. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt so welcoming from the moment we walked in. You can tell there’s real care and pride behind every detail. One of my favorite parts was how close we were to the beach, just a quick 3-minute walk, which made our days so easy and relaxing. Being able to go back and forth without any hassle was everything, especially with a child. And I have to mention Fátima. She was wonderful! so kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the space. Learning a bit about the history behind the property made the stay feel even more special and personal. This wasn’t just a place to stay, it felt like an experience. Not to mention walkable to all the restaurants and shopping! Safe, peaceful, and full of charm. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rota, especially families!

Juan, my host, went above and beyond my requests. I arrived late and lost my personal mobile phone. So I didn't have my reservation code for my keys. He was available almost immediately when I called from a number that he didn't even know. He also showed up when I locked myself out of my apartment and in the courtyard. I will book from him again. Tip - make sure that you can exit the main door before leaving your keys in the room upon departure. If the deadbolts are locked then you will be trapped in the courtyard area.

The property was very nice, new, and well equipped. Very comfortable and clean and new home.

Balcony was divine to sit, eat lunch and enjoy the sunshine.

I was able to cook my own food and the kitchen was well equipped. Major grocery store across the street.

The overall property was absolutely stunning. The entire hotel was nicely decorated. The landscaping was breathtaking.

Beautiful location close to the beach and golf course

It's great for kids, my 5 year old daughter rates this hotel a 10 out of 10. The kids club has the nicest people and they have so many activities!
