We booked this property for two main reasons; 1) As a family of 5 it provided us with enough beds for each of us, and having the two separate washrooms was a bonus. 2) The parking was included! We took the metro (across the street from apartment) into the heart of Barcelona, without having to drive in and park our rental car in an unsafe (underground) parking lot. (*consider this when researching Barcelona city parking as there are a lot of car-break-ins and theft). What we appreciated; On our flight from Zurich, the airline lost one of our luggages. Stephan helped to receive the luggage from the delivery service and place it in our room, as we were in the heart of Barcelona at that time. Such wonderful service! Thank you Stephan! This place is comfortable and well equipped with everything you may need. Coffee shops, and grocery store close by.

Beautiful property. Furnishings and decor were fabulous. Comfortable beds. Great location: 3 - 5 min walk to beach and marina. Loved having parking so close (marina 3 min walk). Jasmin blooming on entry patio— amazing smell thru the from bedroom windows. Communication with the property owners was excellent.

The apartment was great for our family of four. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We cooked dinner and breakfast there. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio each day. They had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach—towels, an umbrella, a tote bag to carry it all. The owners were very helpful and kind. Will stay again for sure!

Excellent location, 3 minutes walk from Ocata R1 station and the beautiful Ocata beach. The room was quiet, very clean, with good air-conditioning, also there is a mini market right opposite the hotel. Some bits in the bathroom could benefit from a little work, but overall a relaxed and great stay!
