“The apartment was very good and clean, included all the necessary equipment, and met our expectations. Ski-in/ski-out access made our stay even better, and we had a wonderful experience overall. Ski in/ski out location was very convenient. The ski room was at the level of entry, no stairs needed. The selection and quality of food in the hotel restaurant was excellent for breakfast and lunch. View during breakfast is unbelievable. The beds were comfortable. Warm pool. Steam room, jacuzzi, and sauna all present. Amenities for kids also available. Live music often playing in the lobby. Ski rentals are available within the hotel, even a Bogner selection. Fantastic staff. Room cleanings are twice as day, with treats provided. Shuttle service available to all throughout Tignes.

Very nice staff and clean hotel.

Well equipped and just like the pictures, perfect location with easy walk to the lifts. This unit was perfect for a couple of a small family and I wouldn't hesitate to return. The sun is on the balcony in the afternoon. The bed was as comfortable and the shower was lovely and powerful. Good clear instructions were also provided for arrival and departure.

The staff were amazing and so helpful

The team was wonderful and very helpful. The front desk attendants helped us with our delayed luggage issue. They turned a disappointing start from British airways completely around. The rooms were very cozy. The food was great. The spa was very relaxing.

Great location, welcoming efficient staff, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast.

The residence is quite nice, easily accessible from the slopes - direct ski path right to the door which takes you to the ski lifts. Clean rooms and well equipped kitchen. Quiet place overall. The spa zone is nicely made and decorated. Great view from the apartments and almost perfect location.

Location was amazing. Pool and spa were great, and the staff were very patient even when there were too many people using the spa and pool. Very professional. Food was excellent.
