I didn't realise the key box was there and had no number. I may have missed the information about the key box being open but when we checked it was there so it was all good. I also didn't realise we could go straight to the caravan so we went via reception first. The location of the caravan was perfect. It was very homely and I felt comfortable immediately. I really liked that there were things like spices and condiments there. Although we didn't use them as we were only there one night and it was because one of our relatives live nearby and we were visiting them for the day/night. I also didn't know there was a Haven in Rochester and it is really a lovely site. It was a lovely surprise.
