Very friendly reception staff in a very nice and new building. Good breakfast and decent wifi.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip this year, but I have stayed at Hotel ARARAT in previous years, and it has always been a wonderful experience. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a balcony, and the views of the mountains are stunning (the mountains also block the high humidity from the sea, which is very important for me). The location is peaceful yet convenient. The hotel has a wonderful terrace and several rest areas, so everyone can find a quiet place to relax. The hosts are warm and welcoming, making every stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this property and will surely return next year!

Great staff and the administration were so friendly and welcoming.

The house is in a 10 min walk from the beach. It's privilege is that it is surrounded by forest which provides fresh and clean air permanently. The quiet atmosphere is really a great value for this place. The host is really great! She was so responsive and supportive and ready to address all our needs.

დავისვენე აღნიშნულ სასტუმროში. პერსონალი კეთილგანწყობილი და სტუმარმასპინძლურია, გამოვარჩევ სისუფთავეს და ყურადღებიან დამოკიდებულებას. დილის საუზმე საუკეთესოა. მადლობა სასტუმრო s bakuri ს. მომავალ წლებშიც მხოლოდ აქ დავისვენებ. რეკომენდაციას ვუწევ სასტუმრო s bakuri ს ❤️

The accomodation was great, more specious than i imagined and the welcome from host was very warm. nearby construction was bit unpleasent, otherwise location and stay itself was great, I would recomend.

Great location, the beach is right in front of the building, small markets are nearby and the drive to Batumi is really short. In the evening you can walk near the seaside. The apartment has two wonderful balconies and overall the facilities are fine. The host is very responsive, always stays in touch and is very polite!

We stayed at duplex apartment(2 people) for 5 nights, breakfast included - very spacious apartment with air conditioning in every room - pretty good sea view - spacious balcony - 2 mins walk from the sea - Breakfast was delicious. There were some fruits, and even sweets to eat with coffee - Its located pretty close to the city Batumi - Staff were really nice and helpful. There was a minor leakage from the refrigerator, was immediately taken care of once we told about it. - Free private pools in the area inside and outside. - Free gym, but not much equipment there, had to work with what we had - Daily towel and water renewal (sometimes they forgot about water, but we asked at the reception and they gave us) - Essential stores are within reach everywhere in the area around the hotel: Grocery stores, drug store and different restaurants
