The first impression when we arrived was this is even more beautiful than from the photos. The staff was so friendly, and welcoming.

The hotel is excellent for its price: rooms are cleaned every day, breakfast is great and the sea is only a 5 min walk away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, there is a nice pool and the owner is always helpful and very friendly. Would gladly visit again.

Great location, very good breakfast

The hotel is a spot on. Near the best beach that Naxos offers. The hosts are so kind. They make sure that you get the most of it. The rooms get cleaned daily. Fresh sheets, fresh towels, bath supplies. You have AC so that was a great thing for us.

Clean and close to all beaches

The hotel was beautiful fresh & new. The staff was wonderful. Our room was brand new, beautiful patio with nice table & chairs. Kitchenette was so convenient, had pots, pans, dishes, silverware, colander. Supermarket was 1/2 block away. Ocean is right there. Super close to many restaurants. The breakfast was made fresh daily. Bread was delivered fresh daily. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is beautiful and charming. We had a lovely, large room with kitchen, clean comfy beds and a small but fully functioning bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful and offer a very tasty breakfast and brunch which we enjoyed most days. I would thoroughly recommend this family run hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, pretty hotel within a 10 minute walk to the beach.

The owners/staff, location is perfect, bedrooms really comfortable, pool wonderful and cannot fault anything.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The place was cleaned daily and everything was very clean. The location is very close to the beach.

Perfect location, brand new & very clean!

Modern rooms, just in front of the beach with a big balcony. Beautiful pool (that we couldn’t use because water was too cold), a spa with access to sauna and hammam, a cool beachfront bar and lawn area wich becomes an outdoor restaurant at night. Odiseus (probably butchered his name) at the bar was absolutely amazing! He provided great recommendations of places to visit , even called the bus station to check ride times for us. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was great, plenty of options local and also eggs, cereals and other more American alternatives. And the restaurant at night, OMG. Best mushroom risotto I’ve ever had. Overall, I will come back earlier in the season to fully enjoy the beach and pool.

Lianos was amazing for us. Everything looks brand new and is kept incredibly clean. The pool is great, with a fantastic view to the sea as well. All the furniture is stylish and newl, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff are incredibly helpful and nice. We visited with a one and a half year old baby and they were so helpful and understanding with us and the baby. This is a business done right and frankly it's shocking that it's only qualified at 3 stars. Definitely worth more than that. And it's so much better maintained than other 4star hotels in the vicinity. We absolutely recommend it.

This hotel is idyllic, beautiful, and run with a pure love for tourists and Greece. The General Manager, Loukas, is fabulous and provided amazing recommendations and then reservations and so much help to ensure we had a great time. This place is a gem!

Good location in that part of the island.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was very clean. The shower is amazing! Love the space outside with table and chairs. The swimming pool is very nice and clean. Thank you for perfect stay so close to the beautiful beach

The internet connection is excellent, and the breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and just what we needed to start the day. We genuinely appreciated every thoughtful touch and the warm, personal care we received. Thank you to this wonderful family for making our stay unforgettable!

Amazing stay just on the beach in Naxos. Nikki and the staff made everything possible to keep our stay memorable. Rooms are large and well equipped with a great view. Breakfast is amazing as well.

Our experience at 18 Grapes was outstanding. The staff was lovely and helpful and warm. The location of the hotel to the beach and local restaurants and shops was perfect. The faciliaties were comfortable and beautiful with many thoughtful touches in the rooms and around the grounds. The hotel is very tasteful, quiet and relaxing. We would 100% return and recommend to our friends.

The staff is exceptional! The hotel had just one problem (out of hot water for one day) which the staff promptly started working on it. They made my experience to be great in the island as they were giving recommendations and any support I needed.

The food was SCRUMPTIOUS! Piero and his team are very friendly and are quick to offer ideas of places to go. The hotel is something out of a magazine, it is so pristine and beautiful.
