From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed by warm staff and a serene setting. The rooms are beautifully designed , and the gardens make every stroll feel peaceful. Truly a magical escape.

Incredible hospitality from start to finish - an incredible welcome, never needing for anything and staff ready to meet every request with such grace.

The location is a walking to the beach, the Charakas beach it self is wonderful, in my opinion it is one of the best beaches in the area. The host is very friendly and kind. The shower pressure and water temperature was over perfect. The apartment was very clean, I was alone but it can fit a family of 4 at least. All the equipments needed exists and worked perfectly, I didn't use the air conditioner but the flow of the air is very fresh if windows are open. . I would definitely visit again.

Beautiful spot to relax and unwind. Perfectly located near Naos Tou Poseidhonas, Highly highly recommend if you are passing by Athens or before going to the islands. Don’t go to Charakas beach or Sounion. Go towards Lavrió, Paralia Asimaki. Crystal clear waters & super comfortable. You will thank me later. Balcony is extremely comfortable & a huge plus.

We had a fantastic stay at the Villa near the sea, just south of Athens. The hosts were amazing – they provided us with plenty of helpful recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and markets, and every suggestion turned out to be excellent. The Villa itself was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. We were a group of 8, and it was perfect for us. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

Quiet, comfortable, clean, excellent condition. Bed was super comfy and there was even water in the fridge and coffee ,tea and breakfast items for us. Location was great ,amazing views ,next to the sea. Everything you need is 20 to 40 min away. Amazing beaches,great taverns and shops etc.

The location is perfect right above the water and very close to a swimming area. Eleni and Kostas are so wonderful hosts, very helpful, and made our stay so great. We warmly recommend Cap Sounion.

The homemade breakfast made by Elisabeth was amazing! Homemade pastries, egg dishes, fresh fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice! absolutely wonderful!

The hosts were just amazing... friendly, attentative, and always on-call. The entire facility was clean with great ambience!

This villa has everything you could possibly need. It is very comfortable, modern, and fully equipped. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away, and each bedroom has its own private bathroom, which made our stay even more convenient. The villa is new and in excellent condition. We had a perfect stay and couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend it!
