Georgia and family were wonderful hosts. They were warm and welcoming, genuinely happy to have us visit them. The rooms were top notch- clean and comfortable. Wonderful location- short walk to beach, restaurants and cafes.

The location is perfect and the staff are amazing! Great breakfast, and the beach is close.

Most welcoming staff, extremely clean and comfortable

The property was located in a great area, right near all the important points like stores and restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms and the property was very good. The housekeepers were cleaning the rooms every single day. We had HB and the food was amazing and very good. And the most important aspect of our stay and the one that we are most excited about was the friendliness of the staff and I mean the whole staff. From the housekeepers to the restaurant servers to the receptionist and to the owners of the hotel which we only have to say good things about. For sure, next year we will come back to Tropical Hotel.

Everything was great. The room is clean, nice balcony, the staff are nice. You have an outside pool which is very clean. The beach is close, a couple minutes walking.

We had such a lovely stay at Elinotel Polis Hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed and offering helpful tips about things to see and do nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Everything was well-maintained, and we really appreciated the little details, like fresh towels every day and thoughtful touches in the room. The location is excellent — close to shops, restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. The pool area was also very pleasant, with plenty of sunbeds and a relaxed vibe, perfect for lounging in the sun.

Hosts and staff are very friendly and hospitable Hotel is better than on the pictures, it is probably the best one in Hanioti. Apts are being cleaned every day and sheets/towels changed every other day. Breakfast is great and tasty, we've enjoyed it every time Pool is clean and there is enough place for diving and swimming, you can enjoy besides the pool with drinks from the pool bar, Reno makes great cocktails. We will gladly return to Luuks on our next trip to Hanioti

Great location - right on the beach, amazing and friendly staff that was there for us with every ask, spacious and comfortable room, very good restaurant - don't hestitate to stay in and dine, it is worth it!

Breakfast was very good and fresh.You can find something for every taste and as much you need.Position of the Resort is excellent,including free parking place for your car.Staff is more than professional.Room are so comfortable and clean.

The apartment was fantastic, very big, comfortable, luxury, and very clean.. the best apartment that we have ever stayed in Greece. The pool and outdoor was also excellent. Alexey and Yulia are great hosts, don't forget to visit their bar and restaurant where you can find different kinds of beers, wines and delicious food. Location is great, few minutes to the beach and center. Highly recommend it.. Alexey/Yulia please keep for us one apartment for next year in June, as we will definitely come again :)

This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The surroundings were stunning, and my room was spotless every single day. I felt so comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay.
