The property was very well located very clean. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was good.

The owners were very friendly. The location was close to the beach. The AC worked great and it was super clean with a good sized shower.

The owner was very polite and helpful. The place was clean, good size room, easy to find it. It was very easy to find parking in the area. Also has lots of restaurants and very safe for families with children and the beach was good.

Small room with a very comfortable bed that is beautifully decorated and recently completely renovated. The best thing about staying here is the family that owns it--they couldn't be nicer or more hospitable.

The apartments were beautiful - new, modern and super clean. From the balcony, we had a stunning view to the sea. The hosts were fantastic- missis Dimitra and mister Nikos were amazing! Friendly, kind and always willing to help. We will definitely return!

We had a magical stay at this property. The rooms were well appointed, the views were beautiful, and the proprietor was so helpful, welcoming, and kind. He arranged for Transportation when we needed it, made excellent dining recommendations and was overall a fantastic host.

Yfes translates to "textures". This luxury hotel lives up to it's name! Sitting above this beautiful deep blue Agean bay, away from the hustle and bustle, it provides a wonderfully relaxing getaway. The white, smooth walls of the building contrasts boldly against the carved-out cliffs where they are perched.  The comfy deck cushions sit aside the picturesque infinity pool. We enjoyed 4 nights here during their first week in operation. The staff are very pleasant and the small restaurant/bar has delicious Greek food.   If we ever return to Kythnos,  we will be glad to stay here again.
