It was a good stay and the room was spacious and clean, everything well!

Perfectly located for my needs, didn't expect to have parking but they have 5 spots in the back of the building. Just great for my needs and a fair price.

City center hotel with a nice and clean room, very polite and helpful staff, large balcony with table with 4 chairs and 2 deckchairs.

A small and pleasant hotel with a family-style atmosphere. Located right on the seafront, which is wonderful. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We stayed for one night since the hotel is only 10 minutes from Preveza Airport. The furniture in the room is a bit dated, but it was absolutely fine and suited us perfectly.

From the moment we walked in; it only got better. Beginning with the sea view, the swimming pool , the bar and the room was amazing! Penny was the most efficient and exceptionally friendly employee. Coming back for sure and staying longer. So far the highlight of our trip!

Top tier property beautiful, private, friendly staff above and beyond expectations!! I travel the world regularly and this is hands-down my favorite property even the service is beyond top-tier. They bring you delicious goodies every morning and provide a fully stocked fridge if there’s something else you need, it is close to grocery stores and gas stations . The property itself is super clean modern design and really comfortable and the staff are really friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need ! 10 stars highly recommend we will return every time we visit this area for sure!! (the pictures are accurate in fact they don’t do this beautiful property justice)

This vacation was amazing due to the amazing staff, especially Fotis and Daniele which made our stay exceptional and beyond. The apartments are beautiful, clean and lots of privacy. The food was above and beyond our expectation! The burger deluxe was the best!

We really loved this stay. We liked everything, the staff and host were very polite and friendly and helpful; the ambient is perfect, it was very quiet during the night - perfect for sleeping; the apartments are very well equipped, with all amenities and then some. The whole property is perfectly clean and the apartments are being cleaned on a daily basis. Literally every day we had fresh towels. This is by far the best stay we had in Preveza so far. We'll be definitely be visiting again, couldn't recommend it higher.

Loved the size of the room for the money. The private pool was amazing and lots of outdoor space. The breakfast delivered to the room every morning in a picnic basket was so thoughtful and delicious.

A beautiful maintained room and surroundings with everything you could ask for. It was a delight to stay here and walk out of the patio doors directly to the pool area. Easy scenic stroll to Preveza town and marina area. Good base to visit Parga and Lefkada by bus. Ample parking directly adjacent to property if you have a car. Room cleaned everyday. Privacy respected at all times. But the main thing that sets it apart is the owner, Achilles, who showed great kindness and was always willing to help and advise.
