We liked everything -it was our first time in Syvota and we would only return to this apartment again. It was the best accomodation in Greece that we had. The hospitality,the kindness, cleanliness and availability of all that you need in the apartment was impeccable. I am really thankful for this experience and would recommend it from the heart.

We were able to self cater our breakfast which is always a bonus. There is a lovely pool but we did not use it. Nice quiet location. Being able to watch youtube was really good. Thank you allowing us to stay in your beautiful room if only for one night. I recommend this lovely property

The pool area and views are what make this hotel extremely special and are why I would stay again, I could have happily spent every day there sunbathing with my book. The room was very comfortable and spacious with good aircon, a small fridge and a comfy bed. The balcony was nice for sunrise and sunset. The staff were all very friendly and made the visit extra special — thank you.

Giovanni group apartments are located 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot from the center of Sivota, perfectly positioned to avoid the noise of the city center and tucked away in the greenery. Zavia beach is also very close. The yard is quite large and provides enough space for rest as well as for parking the car. The apartment in which we were accommodated was not large, it had two separate rooms and a part where there was a kitchen and a dining table, that part was smaller. The bathroom has just been renovated, or so it seemed like that. Everything was clean and tidy, we had no complaints. Evan was very helpful, he was there for all of our needs.
