The staff in this hotel is amazing! Starting from exeptional reception service of Michael and the other staff members like Pamba. Great spa services, the room is very nice and clean. The only slight disadvantage is that the hotel is located in a driving distance from the closest city Fira, so you have to have a car to reach there. Our stay was great and we recommend everyone who wants to relax and have a great time.

Stamatis was an EXCELLENT host. We communicated with him easily before and during our stay at the villa. He provided us with excellent restaurant recommendations. Our children received a small gift from him when we left, and they were thrilled to bring a piece of Santorini home with them. Our villa was AMAZING and perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved having our own private pool. Additionally, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. We did have a rental vehicle, and it was easy to get around Beautiful Santorini.

The location was excellent . Right infront of the caldera. Views were breathtaking . Yanis helped us and carried our luggage down the steep stairs . I must say there are a lot of steps down to this place so keep in mind if u have knee issues . But for people who do not mind a bit of a hike it’s a hidden gem . The room has a cave like feel with all new amenities . We had little kitchenette where we were able to make breakfast from scratch . The housekeeping lady was very sweet and friendly . Yanis gave us perfect directions to maintains and always answered our calls and queries .
