Beach Hotels in Sant'Angelo D'Ischia

Beautiful hotel located in Ischia. It suprised us that Sant Angelo can be easily reached by bus (from the port), saving us a lot of money as leaving. However the hotel’s airport shuttle service was much needed on arrival and worked excellently. The breakfast included all the essentials, the pool area was neat and tidy. The pool was a medium size pool with salty water. The hotel was a short distance uphill from Sant Angelo port, and offered electric car shuttles to the port, beach and bus stop. These worked really well. Restaurants in Sant Angelo are higher priced than on mainland Italy, but we found an amazing pizzeria Da Pasquale. If ever visiting the village, don’t miss out on their pizza and service!

The property is beautiful. We had two rooms next to each other which gave us lots of room. The thermal pools were wonderful and gave us a great option for just hanging out. The staff was very helpful and nice. The short walk - .5 miles - down to Sant’Angelo isn’t far. It it can be hot! But once there restaurants, shops and beach!

The room was gorgeous, the view was breathtaking! The swim platform was ideal although you need to get there early to reserve a spot. The staff were super friendly and the shuttle service to the taxi rank was really helpful (although a paid service). The breakfast was super yummy, the hotel itself really clean. It’s also a great location for exploring the little town and close to the local beaches.

Everything about the property was amazing. The views were breathtaking, the food incredible and the customer service really made it stand out. They treat you like family, full of kindness and respect making the experience incredible.

This is a very special and unique hotel, which I was happy to discover. It feels very out of the way of the typical tourist areas, set within a more wild natural environment. The rooms are perfectly fine, simple and clean. The standout amenity is the gorgeous pool area, where we spent much of our time. Our wonderful hosts who manage the property also were excellent cooks and prepared delightful meals for us, which we enjoyed al fresco, while taking a break from swimming. The breakfast takes place inside in a lovely space full of character - I'd like the soundtrack to the breakfast buffet because it made me feel like a fabulous Italian lady from the 70s. It's quiet and very peaceful, yet also wonderful for children. I look forward to returning!

There are not enough words to describe how delightful our stay was at Casa Josefina. We started our trip here, and loved it so much, we changed our plans and came back at the end to relax and enjoy before flying home. Josefina is an extremely gracious host, along with the welcoming kitties. The apartment is on a cliffside in a quiet area right outside of the heart of Sant'Angelo, and very close to the local bus station. It is very spacious and spotlessly clean, with a well-appointed kitchen and a huge terrace with incredible views of the sea and the town. Restaurants, shopping and the main beach are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. There is also a secluded beach with a restaurant right below the property.

Everything was wonderful. Hotel Casa Giusepina is a real gem. Hosted by a lovely family that made us feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms are comfortable and impeccably clean Sheets and towels were changed regularly and the room was made every day. Breakfast is very good and offers a variety of fruits, jams, pastries, cheese and cold meats. Dinner was a nice experience, a 4 course meal every night and it was very tasty, fine italian cuisine. There is an intimate open air pool with thermal water, jacuzzi and sauna. The facility is equipped with showers and a toilet, comfortable sunbeds and a self-service bar. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was excellent; excellent mattress; ample shelving and drawers; perfect climate control with heat pump; just right bathroom with good shelving. Breakfast was more than ample; hostess/owner was personable, gracious and helpful. Hot pool/Roman bath was an unexpected treat. Perfectly located 30 feet from a bus stop and easily walkable to Sant’Angelo.

The location was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. The room accommodated three of very comfortably and we had a balcony overlooking the water! Better than I even expected. Our room was new and updated. The staff was friendly and accommodating and even planned our transfer for us from the plane to the ferry then to the hotel. Everything went off without a hitch. The hotel is very relaxing and we enjoyed all the thermal pools (which were drained and cleaned every night) and also enjoyed the natural steam room. Breakfast was good and had everything g one would need to start their day.

Everything about the property exceeded my expectations. The view from the room was stunning and the staff was truly accommodating in every manner. The rooms were quiet and we felt like we were truly living ‘La Dolce Vita’. I would certainly return.

The staff and the owner were really nice and helpful. The room was very clean and had a beautiful view. The hotel was very close to the bus station, which enabled easy travel on the island. We received clean towels very often and all the needed bathroom supplies. And what we enjoyed the most, was the pool that had thermal water and was illuminated during the night.

The best thing about this place is the location and the friendly warm atmosphere.

We loved that it was a bit remote! The hotel had so much character! We stayed with our 2 adult daughters. The sea was lovely. Breakfast was amazing. Some of the best we’ve had!! Staff was very helpful and attentive. We took the water taxi to Sant Angelo several times. Ate dinner at the hotel a few times and it was very good. Went to the thermal spa behind the property a short 5 min walk and enjoyed that as well. Small number of beach chairs to use for free. Hope to return!
