Very conveniently located and well-appointed home. We had a parking space nearby (a local told us which one to use) which is not always the case with minpaku-type accommodation. As a Sumoto regular (both hotels and homes) defo one of the best options.

The room and shared facilities were clean. Convenient location with restaurants and public baths nearby. But there’s also a public bath on site if you don’t want to leave the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We took the room with open bath. It was the best relaxing experience we have ever had. Beautiful ocean view from the room and also from the open bath. You can hear the sound of waves, birds,etc. Exceptional experience. Dinner and breakfast were also exceptional.

The room was large and clean. We loved private onsen on patio. Enjoyed the view from room. Very quiet property. Dinner and breakfast in room were delicious. We had a wonderful time from beginning to the end. We will definitely stay here if we come back to same area.
