The hosts were super friendly and warm — they even gave us extra gifts and snacks. On the second day, we had to change rooms, and they kindly helped us move our luggage. The view was amazing — ocean right in front, ships passing by all day. Very calm and peaceful, perfect for a quiet break away from the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast was provided, and the fridge was well stocked. They can also arrange a barbecue in the evening for a small fee (you just bring the food). A convenience store is just a short walk away. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay — we’ll definitely come back here if we visit Namhae again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Apartment. It is located in a very quiet and private location. The apartment was very clean with a comfy bed and an incredible view. We also used the Sauna in the forest which was an absolute highlight. The host was very proactive, friendly and helpful. It was a perfect stay for us, thank you!

Pictures are 100% accurate. The view is incredible, Naver Map made it easy to find. Very clean, amazingly helpful host, and the bioluminescent waves took our breath away! The island itself is lovely, the host showed us everything the island had to offer when we arrived, and the language barrier was no problem. The hosts were kind and friendly and gave us plenty of space but were also available. Everything was picture perfect! More about the host: Our van broke down when we pulled in the first night, and he arranged a tow truck to come get it first thing in the morning. He was SO helpful!!! Went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, offered to take us to get groceries, and it was such a nice property we didn’t mind being “stuck” there until our van was repaired. Truly THE kindest and most attentive host imaginable, but without being intrusive whatsoever. Loved it!!

The location is good. It is right next to the German village and some other spots. There are convenience stores and some restaurants nearby. There is a big shopping mart about 5-7 mins drive away.

Grim Garden Guesthouse enjoys a location in Yeosu, a 15-minute walk from Jasan Park and 1.1 miles from Yeosu Expo. The property is close to Statue of Peace, Heantong Gallery, and Expo Memorial Hall.
