Everything was just great! The stuff was lovely and took great care of us. Whenever we had questions we could ask the owner and he got back immediately. We felt like home away from home. Our room was great and clean. Our highlight was the garden with the pool. We really enjoyed our stay and the area around is lovely. The beach is just 10 minutes away and very nice and clean. We would definitely come back

The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. Both the interior and exterior have a beautiful theme that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel has a lovely garden, and the food was really delicious. The beach is also just a 5-minute walk away, which is very convenient. What truly stood out was the staff — they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their genuine hospitality made our stay even more pleasant and comfortable.

The owner is very hospitable. The accommodation is very spacious. There's a fridge and a wonderful balcony area. I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this place

The owner is such an amazing guy, it was a unplanned stip at Seascape Villa, but after having a conversation with Lasitha, it seemed like i had this planned for along time. He is a perfect host with a great smile and with great service which he is always willing to go out of the way. A great guy and a perfect example of how great customer service goes a long way. He knows all the good spots for food and will even help you with shopping. The rooms has eveything you need and the beach is not more than 100 meters away. Aweome place for couples and solo travelers. I would recomend his place as a go to place to understand Sri Lankan Hospitality. I wish him all the very best.

Lovely accommodation, pool and gardens. Great food prepared by Dommy, the perfect chef with a love for looking after you. Tea and coffee by the pool was a welcome suprise. 5 mins walk to the beach and a short tuk-tuk ride to town and other beaches. Owner and host Sammy was on hand for frienly chats and happy to provide advice and recommendations for local trips.

Nice pool. Good restaurant. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. 75m to the beach. Beach has a corral barrier so it is “protected” from the strong waves: great for kids or triathletes/open water swimmers.

Celebrating our honeymoon here was one of the best choices ever! The fact that they took the liberty to upgrade our room as a gift to us made our stay even better!

Comfortable guesthouse with spacious and renovated family rooms, great for an extended stay. It is 5min away from Cinnamon Bey beach. The staff extremely nice and helpful. The owner attends to his guests himself to make sure that our stay is great and exceeds expectations. They organized a cute setup for our friend whose birthday happened to be during our stay, they allowed us to check out later free of charge, and even arranged for a homemade lunch at the guesthouse itself, on the pergola, which was great. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience here. The lunch was delicious, and we also enjoyed a beautiful sunset in the evening. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for spending quality time. A special thanks to the staff, who were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. They guided us well and were always ready to help with any questions. Their excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, amazing sunset views, and outstanding hospitality.

We stayed at Bella Vita for 3 nights. The room was exactly as shown in the Booking photos and daily housekeeping was provided, which we appreciated. Breakfast included fresh fruit, a slice of cake, fresh juice, coffee or tea, and eggs prepared to your preference (scrambled, fried, boiled, etc.). It was a standard breakfast in Sri Lanka - decent, though we did have more substantial breakfasts at other accommodations during our trip. All in all, a nice stay with good cleanliness and friendly service, but with a few aspects that could be improved.

I arrived early in the morning and was offered early check-in for €55 which included breakfast and access to all the facilities. It was absolutely worth it. Everything was amazing from the food to the treatments. I purchased a three-day package and enjoyed every single session. I also joined the yoga and meditation classes which were a beautiful addition to the experience. The Ayurvedic food was outstanding with a great variety every day. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would gladly return.
