The staff are very kind and helpful. I stay there for 4 nights and they made sure i had everything to make myself and my mother comfortable.

We loved the rooms, especially the washroom. It’s big and got space.

Everything was clean, spacious, and close to the sea. The food and room service were superb. Although there were only a limited number of activities available, the environment was peaceful and relaxing.

They politely accepted the change and honored my booking for the next day without any hassle. Their outstanding customer service turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. The swimming pool was amazing—clean, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying the tropical weather. The beach is absolutely beautiful, especially for visitors from colder countries in Europe who want to relax in the warm sunshine and enjoy the crystal-clear ocean. The food was excellent throughout our stay. We especially loved the authentic Sri Lankan rice and curry, which was full of rich flavors and absolutely delicious. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. It was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices, including a full English breakfast, traditional Sri Lankan breakfast, and continental options. There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and well prepared. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Serendiva Beach Resort to anyone visiting Sri Lanka and will definitely return in the future!

The riverside location was absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. We loved the calm atmosphere, clean surroundings, and the relaxing river view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was tasty and well prepared. It was a perfect place to unwind with friends and family.

A beautiful luxurious property with gorgeous sunset. Food was amazing and service too. Only an hour from the airport. Beach very quiet but the under current is very strong so you can’t swim in the sea. There is a large swimming pool to relax in though.

Owner lady is very friendly. Very safe place and recommended for everyone.

The location and management was amazing. The restaurant behind was delicious and it was quiet.

Beautiful place by the beach run by a great couple with a pool and open air seating area for eating and relaxing. The rooms are clean and simple with a private balcony overlooking the yard and pool. It’s private, 30 second walk to the beach (one property inland), and the couple was fantastic.

Location was spectacular and had the chance of Kayaking in the Bolgoda lake which was an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our requirement. Food was delicious and their flexibility on preparing and delivering food on time as per our preference is also appreciative. Room was very spacious with all necessary furnitures and bathroom facilities. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for relaxing getaway and hope to go there again in the future as well.

The location is very nice with an amazing view to the beach and sunset. Friendly staff. Some employees are young, but still professional and courteous. They just need some training and more experience.

Lovely Small Place. The Bed was combatable & Room Clean. Breakfast is delicious. Specially fresh fruit juice, location,& Staff is best. and they have good tour package (visit all around of Beautiful sri lanka) highly recommended little place....

I liked everything about the hotel, the room was comfortable and clean with a stunning view of the ocean. The stuff were so kind and hardworkers, they treat us with respect.
