Great location, tidy and clean rooms, good service - the host was nice and communicative, sent me an invoice upon request. Facilities were minimal but satisfactory, I wouldn't expect more for such an approachable price. Great value!

Great hotel/spa and restaurant on site (food was healthy and delicious), staff is friendly and helpful. Location was perfect - just a few minutes from the busiest Basanaviciaus St., but quiet; nearby Amber Palace park. Highly recommend for the value. We already booked another stay there. A very fresh, modern hotel where everything still feels new. A pretty cool design throughout - the public spaces like the lobby and the relaxation zone as well as the individual rooms. The rooms have great convenience touches like automatic light in a wardrobe that switches on upon opening, automatic night light in the bathroom after 23:00, multiple awesome light sources in the room itself which allows for a nice, easy and romantic light, an electrically warmed towel stand in the bathroom for quicker drying etc. etc. The balconies are quite big and have a table with chairs so you can enjoy coffee outside. There was also a bit of tea and coffee free of charge for the guests to enjoy. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room we were initially assigned was on the first floor and the balcony/view was basically to the parking - people walking and cars driving right by our windows - and since we had booked the hotel hoping to calmly relax right after our wedding, we were quite dissapointed. However, after talking to the staff, the next day we were given another room on the second floor away from the parking with a much better view which we then thoroughly enjoyed. We also got a little present from the staff because of our wedding. Breakfasts are great, nice selection, tasty and overall the breakfast area/restaurant provides a great experience. The sauna zone is amazing (when not crowded obviously). It is small but allows for some incredible relaxation. The design is super cool and there is always tea and water available. We visited it twice after breakfast (around 11.30-12.00) and that seems like a good time as there were mostly just a few people. We had also booked two spa procedures and both were very good as well. Location is superb, quite literally at the start of the Palanga promenade with all the restaurants. All in all we would most certainly stay here again.

This was booked for my daughter's birthday getaway with my wife. They surprised my daughter with balloons in the bedroom, and the entire stay was incredible. The spa and room were exceptional, and the meals were great. My daughter was able to order from a good kids menu while my wife enjoyed the same meal from when we stayed last time. Exceptional experience!

Everything was great – the room was comfortable, clean and cozy, and the location was convenient with easy access to the main places of interest. Breakfast was tasty, fresh and offered a good variety. But what impressed us the most were the dinners – the food was delicious, well-prepared and surprisingly affordable. And the dessert, the mushroom pie with ice cream, was simply amazing – a perfect finish to the meal. Every dish exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our stay!

It's spotless clean. The receptionist lady was very helpful and friendly. Location is very good. There is a big supermarket, a gas station and the main bus station across the road. It's 30 Minutes away from the coast by foot. Kitchen is ok to make breakfast but not fully equipped. There is parking at the property.

Great place overall, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, and the pool area is a great perk! The housing instructions were clear, and the staff was very helpful, suggesting the best solutions for our stay. Big thanks for a wonderful time!

We stayed in Palanga for just one night ahead of traveling for a wedding and needed a central location for our group. The hotel far exceeding our expectations. It had much more of a cozy vibe, with very comfy beds, very close to restaurant and cafes, sea side and within walking distance of the Amber museum.
