The hosts were really nice. The location, Drobni Pijesak beach, weather. Everything was perfect.

Everything was great - very good fit for 4-6 people. The house has everything you need and more. We enjoyed the pool, the bbq in the backyard, views from the balconies. The hosts - Dima and Katya - were very friendly and helpful. They fixed a minor maintenance issue that came up on a very short notice, and cleaned the house in the middle of our stay. We appreciated them a lot. Separate call out goes to ACs that were in every room and controlled separately, very nice setup that allows everyone in the group to be comfortable. The location allowed easy driving to both Petrovac and Budva for sightseeing, trips, groceries and restaurants.

Beautiful location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and store. The beach next to location is very clean and beautiful.

The villa and the owner were both perfect. Dejena and Vesna were helpful and kind. They helped with everything and they were quick to answer our questions. The villa was clean and comfortable. Every room has a separate bathroom, which is perfect for a big group.

Very spacious apartment, balcony with amazing view, two pools, parking spaces. Not far from Budva, Sveti Stefani and other tourist attracions.

-Nice place with fantastic view . -Clean and modern furniture. -15-20 mins by car to Budva. -15 mins walk to beach down the houses. -There is small markt nearby . -Djordje Djokic is kind , professional, cooperative , helpful and well-organized guy.

Location is the best! its between two most beautiful beaches in Montnegro, yes you need a car but the best beaches in Montenegro are anyway only accesable by the car.Villa sits in beautiful olive garden on the hill and i defenetely didnt have any problem with noice.i was here with small kids 2 and 3 years old and is really baby friendly.would defenetely recommend!

We stayed at Rijeka Rezevica and everything was simply perfect. Although we visited many beautiful places this year – from Velika Plaža to Luštica and the Bay of Kotor – this stay stood out by far. The host sent us a video with clear directions to the property, which was incredibly helpful. Dragana, who welcomed us and gave us the keys, is a truly wonderful and kind person. She went above and beyond to help us – whether it was a last-minute grocery run at midnight or letting us check out way past the listed time on Sunday without any issues. Such warm and generous people! The apartment is spacious enough for 4–6 adults, with a perfect terrace for late-night gatherings. It's a peaceful and quiet location, ideal for families, yet still close enough to Budva for those who want to enjoy the nightlife. The apartment is fully equipped – from mosquito repellents to even Vegeta in the kitchen! Every little detail was thought of. We highly recommend this place. Sve je bilo veoma lijepo. Apartman je savrsen, moderno opremljen, ostavlja bez daha. Pravo mjesto za uzivanje i odmor.

We had one of our best stays at Apartments Jovan. The owner and staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was big, with a nice view and very comfortable. The pool was nice and clean and perfect to cool down during a hot day. The breakfast buffet had a big variety and everything was fresh and very well cooked. Overall we had an amazing time and I would definitely recommend Apartments Jovan for your next stay at Sveti Stefan

The location is absolutely amazing. Right on the beach.

It is just amazing location, you wake to an amazing view. Price was fair and there is everything you need in the apartment and also around (restaurants, shops etc.)
