Everything was fine. The apartment is clean and very close to the old town.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is perfect – just a few minutes’ walk to the Old Town, with great restaurants, cafés, and shops all around. The apartment itself felt very cozy and home-like, with lots of thoughtful little details that made everything comfortable – from handy hooks to a very comfortable bed that gave us a wonderful night’s sleep. The view from the bedroom balcony was beautiful, looking out at the mountains and the old city wall. The whole place gave us the feeling of visiting a kind and welcoming relative – warm, charming, and truly special.

Property with a view! Walking distance to bus station and almost everywhere. The owner is responsive, helpful and kind.

Location and view from the balcony are the top two things we loved about the apartment. Its a short walk to the old town and there is a grocery store just behind the building. The apartment was clean and spacious.

We liked everything! First of all, the host was so nice! Always ready to help. Also, he left us a welcome bottle of wine, water, fruits and cola. That was a lovely move, because we were so tired after our bus journey. The flat is close to the bus station and public bus station (from there you can easily go to Perast, Dobrota and other places). Other places like old town, seaside are close too. The flat itself was very clean, smelled nice. There was a hairdryer, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. Everything you need! We loved our stay in this apartment and we hope we will be able to come back one day again!

Everything was just great. The host, Maria, was really friendly. All the facilities are in perfect condition and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable with a good mattress.

I could not recommend this property enough for a stay in Kotor. Sasha was a delightful host who really made our trip extra special, including morning coffee brought up to our private pool/terrace. We could not get enough of that little pool, which is perfect for a little soak while enjoying the views in the morning or evening. I would definitely return here the next time I get back to Kotor!

Beautiful apartment in a stunning location!

We had a nice stay. The apartment was spacious and it had all the facilities (washing machine, TV, dish washer, kitchen etc.). Car Parking was right in front of the building. The view of mountain from the balcony was very nice. Beds were firm and comfortable. The community from the host was efficient. It takes around 15 minutes to walk to old town.

Great views of Kotor Old Town/Fortress/Bay from the property. It was 10-15min walk to old town. A short 5min walk is a bakery, small market and local restaurant. We did a boat tour one day and they picked up right at the waterfront near the property (behind of the restaurant/market). We enjoyed walking to town but not staying in town. The room was a 2 bed 2 bath and large balcony. It was an exceptional value and everything was comfortable. There was parking outside, in basement in shade. There was a small pool for cooling off in the afternoons. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay 100%! Thanks to Milan, Nicholas, Ali, and others, it was pleasant and rich with activities. The hostel's events are well organized and super fun! Huge thanks to Toma for keeping the place spotless clean! The location is perfect, and the interior design is wonderful: Even though you're in a hostel, you still feel the magic of a medieval town. The views from the windows are great as well. I'll definitely recommend you, guys, and will return myself. Thank you!

The property is very well located in old town of Kotor, staff is very friendly and helpful.

We only had one day to be in the Kotor area and the one bedroom apartment was perfect for our stay: amazing view, convenient location not in, but easy walking distance to the old city; clean and bright; beautiful swimming pool; and Zeljko was very kind and helpful. Perfect.

Stunning view of the bay area overlooking the mountains. Very spacious and wonderfully stocked with the right accessories. Slight longer walk to old town but you get used to it.

First of all, I loved how central the hotel was. Since it was centrally located, we were able to get everywhere easily. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. I especially loved Ivona!

It was clean and the owners were kind. I haven’t had a problem and they were helpful as well.

The location was incredible, as was the view and terrace. The size for four people was ample.

A very lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Kotor with a nice terrace and next to all walking streets. Room very spacious same as bathrooms, all furniture and finishes up to date. Beds comfortable, staff very friendly and breakfast very complete and delicious, will be back for sure

Location in old town, friendly staff. If you like music, there is jazz band across and they play music in the weekends until 12:30 am. We couldn’t go to sleep so we decided to join them since we cant beat them. We enjoyed the music until midnight and went to sleep with earplugs.
