Big suite ,very clean,good breakfast ,very nice staff.

Position on the Island,cleanness balcony ect..

Everything. The place is just as pictured, tastefully decorated, bright, and most importantly right on the beach. It’s quiet enough for restful night of sleep. Most favorite part is the terrace where we’d spent most of our time in the evenings. Just a perfect place to stay on the French side.

Having two bathrooms was a luxury. the kitchen was very well equipped and there was a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The apartment was in excellent condition with granite countertops, beautiful stone floors and showers. Location was great, a short distance from Marigot and the airport. The lagoon beach is pretty and very close. The pool was very nice. There is a small market, a very nice bakery and two good restaurants very close - walking distance. Everything is very comfortable and in very good condition and very clean! Laurene gave us excellent information and directions and responded very quickly to our questions.

I nice fresh clean apartment will all the facilities one could wish for, except maybe a dishwasher--I hate doing dishes.

The apartment is very modern and brand new, everything is high-quality, well-designed, and very comfortable. Perfect for three people: there were three of us, and even with two working remotely, there was plenty of space for everyone. There’s a proper work desk, a dining table, and a convenient bar counter. One of the highlights is definitely the view and outdoor space. There’s direct access to a terrace with greenery and a beautiful lawn, which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The sunsets here are absolutely stunning, you could watch them forever. Probably some of the most beautiful on the entire island. There are also great places nearby, whether you want a quick bite or a lovely dinner at a stylish restaurant. I highly recommend this place, and if I come back to Saint Martin, I will definitely stay here again.

Very complete apartment with a high level of safety.

It was a very nice apartment for couples went with my husband it was very modern . The decoration was very nice we really feel at home . The house was very clean everything well fix . The bed was very comfortable. And have a nice kitchen if you want to cook , it have modern oven , microwave ect . You could change the light In the living room(colorful) We loved it we won't mind to go back . We didn't go no where we stayed home , they even had a pool .and a restaurant close to the pool .Quiet area and secure gate . It was very easy to get in contact with the host .

You walk out the back to palm trees and the beach. It's a private beach with pools on the beach. It's beautiful, quite, and an absolute must to rent. Trust me, you cannot get a better place for the price. The inside is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. This is a gated condo community that is perfect. There is a fantastic beachfront restaurant next to the property, and more down the road. Stay here!

Great location! Great price as well! You can walk to great shopping and great restaurants! Delicious breakfast, and meals also served at the hotel. Front desk staff very helpful highly recommend this place.
