Everything was great, the location, great rooms, would recommend!

Hosts were there all the time, open to any questions and quick in reply. Easy check in and check out at any time of the day. Breakfast was nice and the location of the aparment could not be better. We had a great time staying here.

Service - wonderful. The owner of the property is excellent and they even upgraded our room to the one with the gorgeous sea view, which definitely exceed our expectations. I travelled with my parents and the room was set up perfectly for three of us. My parents do not travel abroad often, therefore the room upgrade was such a lovely gesture. The room looked newly renovated and - most importantly - super clean with fresh towels and bedding made every day. There is even an elevator for those with reduced mobility. Breakfast was delicious and really filling for the majority of the day. I believe the terrace for the breakfast is also being renovated at the moment (it was closed as it was January and a bit cold to have breakfast there per our visit). I would recommend this place for the travellers who would like a more relaxed, quieter atmosphere than the one in, for example, St. Julian's. Furhtermore, there is a famous fish market every Sunday which cannot be missed! Plus I believe this is a family business and you wouls really support them. Would really recommend this place!

"I thought breakfast was served until 10:30, so I went down around 10:10, only to realize it actually ended at 10:00. The staff was already in the process of cleaning up and putting everything away. However, when one of the team members saw that I hadn’t had my breakfast yet, he went out of his way to reopen the breakfast area just for me! This kind gesture really made my morning, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Highly recommended for their thoughtful and attentive staff!"

The location is perfect with easy access to the harbour and restaurants. Kind host who serves an amazing breakfast on the rooftop balcony. Quiet, comfortable, and nicely furnished room. Outstanding value.

The apartment was spacious, modern, air conditioned, clean.

Proximity to water, restaurants, points of interest; cultural charm; self sufficient unit; a lovely care pkg of meat cheese bread and coffee was left for us; lovely terrace with orange lemon and tangerine trees, bbq, tables and chairs.

Loved the location. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Very friendly hosts! We asked to move to another room which we liked better and this was no problem at all. Absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Key highlights: - The apartment was clean, well located and big enough for the 6 of us - The host was super nice and helpful - Marsaxlokk is beautiful - Bus stops are near by, pretty much everywhere. Easy to reach the airport, visit other cities like Valletta, etc. Just bear in mind buses are not perfectly on time (cost: 2 EUR per adult, kids were never charged) - SPAR is a 10 min walk from the apartment - There is another nice shop/bakery called Sea Coast Confectionary (highly recommended) - ST. Peters pool is a 30 min walk. You can use BOLT or UBER (it will take 7 mins or less) - Ballut ta' beach is alright, but would instead recommend Pretty Bay (approx. 12 mins by bus) - Don't buy sweets at the Marsaxlokk market, total scam

The pool , the horses and other animals were very nice . Also the hosts went out of their way to make us feel very welcome! Thanks Max and Mark for a great stay !!!

Clean, and nice location with sea viewing balcony. The breakfasts provided were ideal and overall costs were economic. Staff was attentive and available for any concerns. Would recommend.

As I personally work in the customer service industry myself I was most impressed with the customer service by the staff at TJ Boutique. Enzo and Mohammad made sure that all needs for each guest was taken care of. I do plan to return to Maraskala shortly and definitely plan to stay at this location again

The place is amazing with a view on a small harbour. The owner thought about everything, little details, decors, pictures on the wall and the pool is a cherry on top. Breakfast was delicious and various choice every day. The staff is friendly and helpful. Just 👏 bravo to the owner and staff.

The penthouse was spacious and has exceeded our expectations. David was an exceptional host.He provided a detailed overview of the facilities in the apartment and even helped us in arranging a yacht trip. He even recommended the places and restaurants to visit in the area. The property has a jacuzzi(need to pay), game station, spacious balconies, 4 bedrooms,3 restrooms and a big hall with a spacious kitchen.I highly recommend the stay.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for four nights last month, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shoutout to Ivana and the entire reception team for their incredible friendliness and helpfulness. It made our stay all the more enjoyable! The room was spotless, and the sea view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that view every morning was such a treat, yet alone the delicious breakfast and the whole staff behind it tirelessly ensuring that you feel at most like home. Everything about our stay was perfect, there wasn’t a single inconvenience. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone, and we really can’t wait to return. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
